Ordered my food online. Waited about 10 minutes because i had to leave the house & go to the restaurant. Got there expecting my food to be cooking and almost done. And i got here to a bunch of hollering and playing and for them to tell me that my chicken hadn't even been dropped. & it would be 20 minutes. Was a waste of time ordering ahead of time to sit in the restaurant waiting. Its not like i didn't pay online. So what they were waiting on was beyond me. I don't care for kfc food to begin with. But i thought i would try to extra crispy chicken. & it honestly wasnt worth the wait. The whole experience was really a waste of my time and money. But this is really why i haven't ate here in years. Never cared for the original recipe & dont care to wait 20 to 30 minutes for food i ordered and paid for online. I won't be back for that reason.

I can recommend this location anymore. The kids who work drive thru are usually nice & friendly. The food on the other hand has not been fresh. Chicken was so dark like over cooked. Watery potatoes. Not hot fresh last 2 times & this brownie promo (do not do it) flaky old on top raw on bottom. Nasty. And date stickers? Not fresh for real

On Friday, June 7, 2023, my brother and I decided we were going to KFC to get some chicken. We arrived at 9:43 pm and went to the drive thru. We were greeted and asked what was our order. On the sign out front, it advertised 9 pieces of chicken for 13.99 so that was what we ordered. At that time, we were told by "Leasia" that they were out of chicken. We stated that this is a chicken place so why are they out of chicken. Then the young lady stated that they were closed. My brother asked the employee, Leasia, how could this be. They are suppose to close at 10. All the while, we are talking to a menu board in the drive thru. The employee then stated that we can come to the window. When we got to the window, a man was there standing with Leasia. We paid and received our 9 pieces of chicken. Throughout that entire experience, Leasia lied to us, first by telling us that there was no chicken, then my stating that they were closed. If the people that you employ are liars, then why do you employ them. I feel like the girl does not want to work. Since this is the type of people you employ and the type of service you provide, I intend to tell everyone I know about how horrible this experience was. I will also be advising people not to do business with your company. Your employees are the face and voice of your company and this employee, Leasia, made your company look incompetent and deceitful. Thumbs down to KFC. You really dropped the ball on this one!!!

The food was okay. I live close by, so it was convenient to go to for a small meal. I like their chicken littles and fries…they had no fries. I will say that the employee was very nice(a rarity these days). She offered other options; which I chose mashed potatoes and gravy. I’m still salty about the potato wedges though. Overall it the food was okay, but the great customer service made up for it. I guess it was a shock to my system. ?
