Just left your location on whitesburg drive in Huntsville, AL. We got our food, realized part of our order was wrong. Told the gentleman working, then he said our card didn’t run. So we handed another, said same thing. We opened our bank app and showed him the cards weren’t locked and there was money. So as another person in the car was getting their card he said the card reader was broke and told us to give the food back now. After we had started drinking our drinks, opened the rest of our food, and told us to hand everything back, and of course they have no manager available

I hadn't been to Krystal in years but tried Orlando Curry Ford store this morning. Tater tots were great. But the sausage biscuit was reheated and burnt. I'll try to post pics.

Placed an online order, drove 30 minutes to the only Krystal’s around here, then STILL waited 45 minutes for our food that was wrong. I love spending that much money and not being able to eat a bite of it. This specific Jackson, TN location is terrible and needs corporate intervention.

How is it we had to wait 30 freaking mins for our food when there was nobody is the restaurant. My food was served cold. I do not like cold fries. I know if ya'll were served that you would not eat it.

I got a pair of the bacon cheese Crystal burgers to try. They were so good I almost went back for a second helping! Really nice little establishment and very cool employees. The place was very clean and I would definitely go back
Not as great as I remembered. Made an hour long trip just for the experience-quite underwhelmed. Burgers small, very expensive and not as good as I used to get.
I got the pick 5 menu option and I was not disappointed! Two pups, two burgers, and a drink were my picks. Although not pictured, I purchased 4 apple turnovers. They're sooo good!
