2 weeks ago at a Tuscaloosa, AL Krystals I ordered 3 #1s and had calculated the price ahead of time, but the total ended up being almost $10 more than expected. When i asked at the window why that was, she told me Krystals only offers 1 size now & that the menus just hadn't been updated. They gave me my food & was about to shut the window but i asked for my receipt. She begrudgingly gave it to me. I looked at it when i got home & all the fries & drinks had a large upsize fee on them.
When i went back the next day I was told by the manager that the prices on the menus aren't correct, but corporate chooses not to update the signage. The price listed on the menu for the 4 Krsyals meal was only for veterans & that if i wanted that price (the price ON THE MENU) I would only get 2 Krystals. The menu says NOTHING about that.
Is what she told me true? It seems like she's just trying to increase her store's upsize numbers involuntarily.

The service was okay. Not overly friendly, but fine.... I paid 32.00 for 12 cheese krystals and fries that were not even edible. I tried to call and get a fast busy signal. I've tried all of the local Krystals.. no answer or they refer you to some 346 number that can't take your call.

Got 5 cheese Krystals. No line, no malfunctioning equipment, no orders. Took 19 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable. Get it together guys or you'll find yourselves out of business

I love krystals the food is so good..oh my gosh I never knew we had one in North Carolina I always used to go to South Carolina and I think Georgia and Florida to eat there... So glad they moved one close to me in Wilson I'm in the Fremont Pikeville and Goldsboro area.. so it's only like 17 minutes away from me..
25 minute wait in nearly empty place. Got our food and it was clearly sitting there a while. Room temperature fries. Uggh! Awful.
