Placed an online order, drove 30 minutes to the only Krystal’s around here, then STILL waited 45 minutes for our food that was wrong. I love spending that much money and not being able to eat a bite of it. This specific Jackson, TN location is terrible and needs corporate intervention.

I got a pair of the bacon cheese Crystal burgers to try. They were so good I almost went back for a second helping! Really nice little establishment and very cool employees. The place was very clean and I would definitely go back
Not as great as I remembered. Made an hour long trip just for the experience-quite underwhelmed. Burgers small, very expensive and not as good as I used to get.

I got the pick 5 menu option and I was not disappointed! Two pups, two burgers, and a drink were my picks. Although not pictured, I purchased 4 apple turnovers. They're sooo good!

My wife and I enjoy Krystals. Unfortunately, every time (three times) we have visited the Wilson location we never get the right order. I have asked for no onions on all of my bacon cheese burgers and every time I get onions. My wife has asked for the regular chick sandwiches and she gets spicy. I do not believe it is hard to verify what is being put in the bag before it is handed to the customer. Another issue we have is the time it takes to get food through the drive thru. From the time we order to the time of receiving the food it took about 30 mins. This was at a slow time with a total of two cars in drive thru and a couple inside. Due to the time it took in drive thru, my wife went inside to see if they were busy so we could understand why it was taking so long. We are a fan of Krystals but we might be visiting that location for some time. Hopefully, the staff can improve with time.

Everyone was super friendly and our large order was made quickly, and was perfectly accurate. I only wish the Krystal in Surfside Beach SC hadn't closed, and that we had one in northern Virginia!

This location, which shares a building with Circle K on one of the quick routes between Raleigh and Rocky Mount, could give some of the best locations in Atlanta a run for their money! Friendly and quick service, very clean. Food was served perfectly warm. I always take mustard off my cheese Krystals, and I’m pleased to report that they did this correctly for me the first time. Happy to have this location in NC. If you’re traveling between Raleigh and Rocky Mount, I’d highly recommend taking the route with Krystal and stopping in!
