Great food and service. Music is always played too loud, though. We only go now when we can sit outside because you can't even have a conversation without yelling inside.

The food was absolutely delicious! The salsa and guacamole were fire! My drink was amazingly delicious as well. The customer service and atmosphere exceeded my expectations! I recommend this restaurant to anyone that may be in or near the Wilson area.

Food is excellent. The staff is friendly, but they tend to rush you out by having hostesses walk by every 5 mins looking at your table. If you are trying to have a nice meal with conversation DO NOT eat inside. The music is so loud you cannot hear each other across the table. I felt like we were at a concert instead of dinner lol

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant to go to. Had just about everything on their menu and never get tired of it. ACP or quesadillas are probably my most favorite. Only thing you have to worry about is them running your card for a tip that you didn’t write down on the receipt after I left a cash tip on the table. Happened to me twice already. Going to start paying my bill with cash from now on.

I went to this bomb Mexican restaurant because I had a craving for Tres Leches cake, a staple in Mexican Cuisine. It wasn't made the way I'm used to eating it with caramel drizzled on top - but it was still good, with the cream on bottom and whipped cream on top! Ooh, yum. ? Sorry no pic, as I was too busy eating it. Lol. However, search for it and it's on their website! Yaasss!By the way, every time I walk into this restaurant - EVERYBODY is happy!! I go to the restroom so I can survey the delicious looking food on the tables. ?? I swear, one day I'm gonna pull up a chair and throw down on my own plate!! Well, you better get over there, cuz it gets packed quickly. Okay, I'm from TX, thus, I know what I'm talking about...just go! Like ?♂️ run! Now! Lol

The food was not nearly as good as our prior visit. In addition, they offered a "special" on a drink that was menu priced @ 11.99 and they then brought a gigantic drink my wife could only drink half of and charged 27.99. Very deceptive and manager refused any adjustment. From delight to disaster in one trip. We will not return.

We had been watching this place through the months so we decided to give it a try this Valentine's Day. It was an EXCELLENT choice for us! I have been to multiple other Mexican restaurants but none compared to this La Rancherita! Starting with the salsa and chips, the seasonings in the salsa were superb and definitely different than what I had previously experienced. Everything we ordered was beyond yummy in seasonings and taste! Being on a retirement fixed budget we ordered from the lunch menu but it was plenty to eat and take some home! The service was soooo friendly, right on top of things and they care about their customers! For Valentine's Day my server surprised me with a live red rose! It was so thoughtful and boosted this old lady's day for sure! Can't miss giving them extra kudo's for their holiday decorations! They went all in!! We've also noticed through the years that this place is popular with any age group which we noticed that day too! Definitely highly recommend them! All 5's across the board! Definitely our new favorite place to eat!

It’s always a good time when I eat here with friends. They make the drinks ? strong! And when you ask for spicy salsa they give you spice salsa - be warned! The chorizo dip was something I tried here and fell in love with too.~
