I am new to the area, and I come from Asheville NC, a very much a foodie place that’s been gentrified. I have to say I wish I could afford this place, but even in Asheville, I’ve never paid $19 for a breakfast burrito and a drink. It’s not organic local ingredients, and the menu listed kale but instead it was served with cooked spinach without asking, and it was honestly not very good. I’m not a fan of cooked spinach. In Asheville I can consistently get a good nutritional breakfast for $10-12. I’m struggling to find that here, and will have to be staying home. It’s a nice place but above my pay grade.

Ordered two lattes and food.. I was asked what size latte, went with medium while the barista pointed to the disposable cups. I then asked if my coffee can be served in mugs, but was responded with hesitation.. It was a very odd exchange. Anyway, the lattes were good. The sausage on our croissants, we were not fond of.. very garlicky and tasted like Italian sausage.. Anyway, would probably choose bacon next time..

Went here after eating at another restaurant in downtown Wilson. We were looking a cup of coffee. We had the most amazing cappuccinos, the barista was extremely nice, and to top it off they had live music. This was a first time going, but will not be the last. And the people that did order food, it looked great. Would highly recommend!
Larema has the best vibe, whether you're looking for a quiet, chill place to meet up with friends, get work done, or hang out at one of their nights with live music or trivia. Their Larema Fog tea latte is fantastic, and the food is always great!

We have been visiting this place for a long time, both in Rocky Mount and Wilson, I have never had the need to write a review, the food is very good, the coffee and tea are excellent, just yesterday my son accompanied me, he did not know the place, it is worth mentioning that he loved it and was very excited to eat inside, the detail is that we arrived with a boba drink and they told us that due to the place's policy we cannot have it inside. I think they should be more condescending to this policy, we had to leave our boba in the car, I would have left and not bought anything, but my son was very happy with the place and I relaxed a lot for him and that he had the best experience of the place.

I finally made a trip to Larema after hearing how good it was from family. I wasn't disappointed. The coffee was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful, the location was clean and comfortable, and the chicken salad sandwich on a fresh hot croissant was top notch!
I didn't have any, but the selection of beer and wine was surprisingly good and I can see why this coffee house makes a great afterwork spot.
I'll definitely be visiting again soon.
