Went to order my food through the drive thru window and the cashier woman was very rude and disrespectful. Stated it would take 20 mins for my food even though there was no one else at the location. When I asked why, she stated because I said so. I paid for my order, and went and parked and waited for the 20minutes. When I came back around to get my food, she asked what I ordered, I had to say my order again to her and she said to give her a minute and slammed the window shut, when I received my food all of it was burnt and way overcooked!!
The service at this location gets worse every time I go here along with the food always being overcooked or just completely SOAKED in grease. Will no longer be coming to this location.

Listen!! This is my last attempt eating at this here establishment!!!! You all need to close down for about a week and hire someone to thoroughly clean top to bottom and organize!!!! Young lady who took my order was ok though! That place is nasty! Dead roaches on the floorā¦ dirt as far as you can seeā¦. I stood up and waiting on my food (I already paid for) I couldnāt even get comfortable and it had the nerve to be burnt and deformed when they came out (puff bites) When I use to work fast food they would make us clean end of shift and during while we were slowā¦ re train!!!! Everyday I get new reasons to eat at homeā¦ Please do better

This isn't Ceasars. These people treat the customers like trash. Ordered online and still waiting for my pizza. Not busy at all. Would recommend not eating here. While you wait, you have time to see all the bugs in there.

Pretty standard little ceasars. Lobby was closed but drive thru was open. Busy place as they had a wait for hot and ready pepperoni, but they had a very fresh cheese available that certainly hit the spot after a long day.

Waited 25 minutes for my pizza and when I received it was hair on it and items were missing from the pizza. Asked if it could be fixed and a man with dreads got an attitude and said they wonāt be fixing anything and I can just get a refund. I asked to speak with the manager which I saw right before I walked into the store and he lied and said that he was the manager and his name is Roderick W. He was extremely rude and seems like he wanted a confrontation but I wasnāt going to let it get to the point. Iām sure cooperate doesnāt know that this is the type of employee they have working for them.

It's a really disgusting pizza, we bought 4 pizzas and they even put a little salt on it. Be more serious about that than the things you buy.
Handed my order out to someone who wasn't door dash. Not checking who they are handing food out to. 3 different door dashers were en route to the store to pick up my order. After an hour I decided to call the store. Then when I called the store, the staff acted like this was a common occurrence with them. They acted like they could care less. Don't order here. Order from a store that has a legitimate delivery system.

The Pretzel Pizza isnt even a preztel its just regular crust with barely a glaze and salted. The cheese sauce looks wonky. Theres an ugly spot on it which im assuming is supposed to be crispy.
When I first got it. The pizza i had wasnt even a pretzel pizza. It was literally just a regular pepperoni pizza and everyone tried to tell me it was the pretzel pizza.
DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE SAUCE. Like I know establishments are supposed to tend to jip you on sauces but this is ridiculous. 2 half contianers. Whats up with ONLY having marinara? Like wheres all the other sauces?

This has been the worst little ceasers for months now but tonight was a new low. they had me pull around the drive thru twice and made me wait so long all the food i got was cold. why is this place still open if nobody cares to even be there?

No one took our order and cars was driving up in drive thru and they was doing all them and not taking our order so I went to the car and went to the drive thru and she saw me and start taking all the other order because she saw me in the window. Wilson is very rude and no doing a good job with customer service.
