They need to stop hiring young immature people. The ignorance and playing dumb about orders called in(beef pizza for example) and then having to drive around more than once until it's finish because parking sucks. I would not allow my child to work their and he is a people person but because of the other staff

If I could do no stars I definitely would! Food was wrong and gross and kinda burnt! The the girl at the window was absolutely horrible and not even wearing her uniform didn't know pj shorts was part of the uniform and the attitude that the girl had was horrible and lied saying I got a refund but wouldn't give me the food I ordered and paid for. the manager also sucked at her job also had an attitude and not any help I called once to try to handle this and she had enough nerve to call me back when I refused to go back to the store. The service at this place keeps getting worse and worse.

Sometimes they don't always hit the mark , but tonight (Jan.9 2025 round 5:30pm) whoever was making pizzas /cooking absolutely hit it out the park 😩🥳 it was very very good . Hot and ready when we got there and had plenty of toppings and the sauce didn't overpower the rest of the pizza , even the crust was delicious and my kiddos usually never eat the crust. So I don't know who's in there tonight but keep up the work man 🫡

The cashier told me there was a 8-minute wait ended up being two minutes super super cool dude friendly staff pizza was not thin I could actually pick it up and eat it while driving without it flopping over. I live in vanceboro North Carolina I'm in Wilson at least twice a week I will definitely be coming back
The place is very dirty and needs to be more hygienic.

I say at the window and watched the employees talk for 10 or more minutes (dinner break) I asked for the manager..was told she was the manager.. nasty responses..even nastier demeanor. To much belly out in a restaurant. Just me nasty ? I left. Wilson NC, Ward Blvd location 6pm time
10-12-24 Mother wanted to try them so ok!!! 15 minutes in..was. Told to circle the place 3 times ... Still not ready... standing in store 10 more minutes ??? Don't do it people!!!! But I did appreciate that they now are wearing uniform shirts ??

I ordered pepperoni crazy puffs online. Picked them up in drive thru and took them right back. They were flat and dry. First negative experience with them. I was refunded my money but they need to take that guy off puff patrol bc he doesn't know what he's doing.

Drive thru order. The young lady at the window was so sweet and so respectful. The entire staff was checking on me to make sure I was okay. These 3 young adults were fantastic. Will be back due to customer service. Thank you for all you do.
