We bought 2 pizza ? for dinner at Falia and they ruined it for us because the pizza comes raw. and we bought hajo bread and I returned it because it was raw and they gave me another one and it's also

Passing through on I95 on a Sunday and happy to find little Caesars nearby! But noticed they closed at 7 so we sent an order in ASAP at 6pm for 4 items. Clearly a rush job at the end of the day. Wrong crust on one. Incorrect topping on another. Paid extra for the pretzel crust for my kids which they got cheated out of. And then when I call at 7:10 there is no answer. Will certainly be following up tomorrow

The pizza is always cold and a lot of times burnt. Also was double charged and told it was voided but it wasn’t, it came out of my account…now I have to go through heck just to get it back.

While ordering the pizzas the computer went down. Sadly I went outside to get in my car to drive away with no pizza. Then I looked up and the cashier came to my car to let me know that they had my pizza ready in the computer was up. Best customer service great pizza ?.

They said they weren’t open and offered no explanation as to why, at 6pm they were closed despite there being employees there. Customer service doesn’t exist anymore apparently.
Slow service. Was not hot and READY. The workers did not have a good attitude.
Incapable of having online orders ready on time.
Many flies in this place. The pizza I ordered online 20 min prior wasn't put in the oven until I asked for it at the counter... 12 min later I had it. Bad customer service
I believe that the right attitude is the key to be successful. Unfortunately some people don't understand that. I came in an order a pepperoni pizza, I notice that pizza was hard an old, I requested to exchange it for a Hawaiian an I would pay the difference, apparently that got them very upset & started giving me attitude. I apologize & asked them to understand that it wasn't personal an they just didn't care !!!!! This happen on 07/22/22 at 1pm . Little Caesars should hand pick the correct employees to represent the brand/store.Thank you.

Lazy employees. Burnt everyone’s pizzas but then wouldn’t refund because the employee “didn’t know how.” Didnt get a pizza or my money back.
Good pizza. The lady working there was very nice, polite, and helpful. Nice pizza store!
accustomed. Didn't eat little Ceasars. I visited the store and ate hit dogs and potato chips and had a slush to drink and it w as all delicious
They are very slow so there is always a 15-20 minute wait time if you don't order ahead. They close really early. Also, the online ordering system is down a lot. However, the pizza is what you would expect from Little Caesars, so it's not bad.
Ordered online but when I arrived the store was closed. I'd pick any other restaurant around the area than hoping for the chance on whether or not the store is open.Update: Another fun part of this experience is going through the process of getting the money reimbursed to my card! If you want to chance it by attempting to get pizza from here, I would go in person to order.
