We thought that since the manager was there that our order would be right. Even after checking it, we got home and realized that they'd messed up. I couldn't exactly tear into my calzone right there to make sure that they put the veggies in. And completely left off the hot honey on the hot honey pizza.

I usually love Marcos. I hadn’t been in a while and I was shocked at how dirty it was when I came in yesterday. Like just noticeably not clean. The pizza was terrible. Some pieces had no cheese at all on half the slice, some pieces had a ton. Like someone just dropped a couple clumps in certain spots rather than evenly putting it around the whole pie. Same thing with pepperoni. Some pieces had none at all. And it just tasted off or old and The sauce tasted sour. Overall just really disappointing experience. This pizza chain can be more expensive than others, which is usually worth it due to quality, but for the experience I had yesterday it was not worth it. I’ll just go elsewhere next time.

We love Marcos pizza however, this time not so much. It was so burnt we could not eat it. Also, one of the pizzas was made wrong and we had to wait until they made another one. Very disappointed.

Pizza is always great and salads too but tonight my salad was pitiful. They forgot to add the onions which come standard. The meat and cheese was literally a slice of ham, provolone and salami just cut in half. Usually there is a lot more but I guess food cost is up so the customer gets less... just sad!

I just did a order of two CBR calzone one with now bacon and the other with no onions and i recieved 2 with no bacon... now im here craving bacon and taking onions out of my calzone...

Was trying to place a carryout order I needed ready by 11:20am. I know the store doesn't open till 11 am, but I tried calling around 10:45am so they would have time to make it. Nobody answered, so I drove by and noticed some of the employees sitting in a blue car smoking with the windows up. Guess that's why I couldn't place my order...Unfortunately, this isn't my 1st bad experience here at Marco's in Wilson. Previously, about a month ago, I had my friend run in to grab a carryout order I had placed. After standing there for a few minutes without being greeted, 1 of 2 girls smoking in the corner acknowledged he was there but charged us for the wrong order.. It's a shame because I like Marco's, but this will be my last time ordering from this location
