Other then the table of 3 eating already, the place didn't seem busy, but it took me over 15 minutes to get my 2 coffees and 1 med fry. I was thinking maybe the drive-through is backed up.......nope that was empty as well. I don't know why everyone seemed too busy to get my order together bc the place seemed dead. But everyone else was super nice and the coffee and food was on point.

I went up there arrived at 10:17 am these people really need help at this store. I stood there patiently wanting breakfast inside until 10:30, for them to switch to lunch on my one of the managers tried to over talk me and be prompt that he switched the menu before I started standing there. I personally didn't act out the way I knew I could it was just Mc Donald's I would of rather been at home but I was doing a favor for someone and I bought everyone breakfast except myself from somewhere else before I arrived to Wilson. I hope they really get some good help soon

Slow,bad customer service, and cold food.! Workers left mic on and the whole line can hear them laughing and carrying conversations while people wait in line. Nobody moved in the last 4 minutes. Then they catch an attitude when trying to place order. Food was slapped together and not fresh at all

Every time I give this location the benefit that they will do better , they fail every time!
I ordered my kids a 13 count of your chocolate chip cookies on the McDonald’s app. Once I arrived at the tarboro location there was atleast 12 cars in drive thru & the inside was closed at 840 @ night ??‍♀️ not sure why but I sat in drive thru for almost 35 mins for all 13 cookies to be broken up and chocolate mess in the box it’s self. I’m greatful they was dropped fresh but I’m sure if I was in line for 35 mins and I ordered ahead on the app, there is really no excuse as to why my cookies couldn’t not stay on the oven tray to cool down before packing… (some speedy slowly & sloppy service you have )

We have eaten so much at McDonald's this 2 weeks that my family and I are looking like nuggets, mcgridles.
We're on a budget, and McDonald's has been our go to Restaurant.
The food is delicious. And the dessert.

I'm always optimistic about places that I visit, but in all honesty, this was one of the worst experiences I've had in a while. Upon arrival, I saw nothing but chaos. A bunch of teenagers were running around. We waited for a cashier to take our order, and no one even acknowledged that we were there. The employees just walked around us laughing and playing. Other customers who were there before us stated that they had been waiting for at least 45 minutes. Besides us, there were no other customers. 45 minutes? Unbelievable.
There was one employee cursing so loud, and he was standing beside the manager.
I asked to speak with the manager, a blond, short haired Caucasian lady, and I didn't get her name; she hesitantly came up and seemed to be lost. She said she was busy working the drive thru and didn't see us. That's unacceptable because at least 4 of your employees did! And she didn't even try to fix the problem.
I wish this experience would have been better.
