I said no caramel when I ordered my cookies frappe. They still gave me caramel. When I told the girl that brought it she had an attitude. She must be slow because how are you mad at the customer because y’all made a mistake?? I always come there and get my frappe so I know what I be buying. I had to take my positive review down for y’all and leave this one and it’s sad. Please work on good customer service and learn how to apologize.

Terrible you waiting for food right there like for 30 minutes in window or more. Inside you waiting for food like 45 minutes. Service is horrible.

I usually don’t expect much from fast food, but my recent visit to McDonald’s was pretty disappointing. The service felt really slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t that busy. When I finally got my food, the fries were cold and soggy, and the burger looked like it was thrown together in a hurry. The drink machine was out of half the flavors, and the dining area needed a good cleaning—tables were sticky and the trash cans were overflowing.

This is the 3rd week I have come to this location because it’s closest to my house and they have told me the Frappe machine is still down. I shouldn’t have to go all over town to the other locations to get a frappe.

Will never come back to this place again sat in the drive-through for 12 minutes waiting to order was the only car there then tried the following week I figured I’d go inside maybe it be faster the place was filthy cockroaches running around across the counter the floor total disgusting only giving it one star because I have to at least give one star would give -10 stars

I haven't been coming to Wilson in awhile so this morning I decided to stop at this location upon arriving at drive thru I realize I made a big mistake and should have went to a different one. After trying to ordering a frappe the employee who answered was very very rude and had an attitude, I have worked in the fast food industry with different companies for years and during orientation it basically states leave your personal problems at home and your attitude as well if you're not a people person and can't fake like you are then that's not the job for you. My advice would ls be to be careful because you never know who's on the other end of that mic ordering could be the owner etc. But answering back our frappe machine is still down with an attitude and being rude at a job you filled out the application for and decided to work there. I will not be coming back here to be cut off mid sentence or anywhere am spending my money where people talking to me with an attitude about something I didn't know about and not from the area. Some would have called corporate but I do understand people do need their jobs but that don't give nobody the reason to speak to anyone like that over some coffee not my fault the machine down. -0 stars from me plus the bad experience when I use to door dash there. I don't eat McDonald's food and haven't In over 12 years but because I just recently tried the frappe is the ONLY reason i was willing to start back going to McDonald's.

I had ordered online and waited a little while before picking up my order to give time for order to get completed. I went inside to pick up order and after waiting an additional 25 minutes with no employee speaking to me let alone anyone up front speaking to anyone or taking orders, a man in a red shirt (I assume to be a manager) called that my order was ready. When I went to ask him a question several times he cut me off every single time. He then began yelling over me pushing the bags of food at me. I never have a good experience at this location but this was the first time I left so infuriated I was shaking. It is sad that this is how McDonald's conducts business being a multi- billion dollar company. I do have to say that most locations that I have been to have gone down hill since the ordering kiosks have been installed. Now customer service and customer interaction is nonexistent.

Drive thru has about 15 cars in it, I ordered ahead for mobile order curbside pickup, every car came through the drive through before they brought me my drinks. DRINKS. I didn't even order food, will not return to this location.

When she finally brought my drinks out. She brought 5 drinks in a 4 cup carrier, one 4 cup carrier, any of these other McDonald's with half a brain will give you two carriers for 2 cups because they know how flimsy they are. She handed them to me and spilt them over on me and in my car. No apologies, only excuses as to why it took so long. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s. The place was dirty, and even though the line was very short, it took around 20 minutes just to get three Happy Meals. I don’t have any complaints about the food itself, but the cashier was extremely rude and disrespectful. They didn’t even bother to offer the menu or sauces as they’re supposed to. Our order had actually been ready for a while, but they didn’t give it to us until another employee came out and asked about our ticket. Only then did we finally get our food.

And sadly, this isn’t the first time something like this has happened. We enjoy going to McDonald’s in general, but this particular location is honestly one of the worst.
