All I read is bad reviews here but you do not see none of the good reviews. The workers do the best they can. There are so many customers that come with an attitude and they wonder why the workers get upset. There is this one girl who is GREAT!!! She has daily customers foods memorized. She always has a great attitude. She is always patient and multi-tasks great! This is the best Mcdonald's in Wilson
fire the entire staff and get people who care about customer service and the way they present food
Employee called me a b****** and said I knew nothing about Customer Service. That pretty much sums it up.
