Ordered the new Deluxe Bacon Buffalo Chicken Sandwich combo and got down the road and found out that it was just a plain chicken sandwich. No Bacon and no Buffalo Sauce. Paid $20 for a plain chicken sandwich combo 🤬 and a coffee.

If I can give this store no stars I would. They are not active listeners got to keep repeating your order. This use to be the best McDonald to go to. Fast forward now ugh. I got to keep repeating my order in drive thru. When I go somewhere else I only have to repeat myself once. It’s terrible some people are not morning people I understand that. But every time I come to this establishment it’s the same person in the drive thru and I got to keep repeating myself. It’s early in the morning people have places to go instead of sitting in the drive thru and keep repeating stuff that you should’ve heard the first. Do better.

Honestly, the most slowest type of staff I’ve ever seen in a McDonald’s on top of that every time I get my order, they always tell me to wait in the front and I wait in the front. I wait for more than 10 minutes by the time I get my food, it’s ice cold. The last time I’ve been eating the food here only two times. It’s both terrible each time. These people do not know how to season or even fry a fry. I don’t know how hot it is, but I guess when you come from the south, a lot of things are difficult. Most of these people aren’t even educated to be in here. Don’t come here. Don’t waste your time.

My orders are never complicated and im usually pretty understanding but idk what it is about this store and frappes but they are terrible about getting them out. Almost everytime im pulled forwards to wait for it then when I get it its all melted like its been sitting there. Today I waiting 30min for a melted frappe... Its not a bad store they just need to do better.

The morning crew on this team always impresses me . The customer service is given with a smile and they are polite . Always making someone’s day is what that team does . This McDonalds in Wilson stands out and holds themselves to a high standard.

My mouth was burning for an hour after I was given the spicy chicken instead of the basic chicken on my sandwich. This was after the app messed up for curb service so I had to go inside to get my food. Used the restroom and about fell as the floor by the toilet was very slick. The first thing wrong was I wanted lightly salted fries and they were extremely salty so they swapped it out. I could eat the sandwich right away as I was driving or else they would have had to replace that as well. Manager had a bit of an attitude as well. Complete disaster of a visit.
