Placed a mobile order at 12:31 pm and didn’t receive it till 1:08. The mobile order was for 1 sweet tea without ice. Had to call the restaurant to get my order. Instead of an apology, they told me they looked for me and couldn’t find me. My order was for spot 6 which I entered in the app. No one came out for mobile order the entire time I was there.
