People were pleasant. Food breakfast on Feb 24 2025 I am.
The bathroom was absolutely a mess and very dirty. If your traveling don't get off exit 121 on it in North Carolina. There was paper at all and could find a person to locate some. So I opened the utility closet and found my own. No employee stopped me from going through the closet. (I didn't steal a thing LOL). See picture.
But on this exit it a great gas station that sells Diesel

I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe, no cheese. I got no vegetables except a pickle way too much mayonnaise and extra cheese. My french fries were ice cold and half a container. The only thing that didn’t taste, nasty was the tea. Very disappointed. I also asked for a ton of ketchup and got no ketchup nor any napkins.

I wanted to post this today. I’ve never posted for a McDonald’s before because honestly, no one expects the best service for McDonald’s
However, this morning, I stopped to get something to eat and a small coffee because I had a headache. And I need to get something in my stomach to take an aspirin before I went to work.
I asked for a breakfast sandwich and a Coffee. She told me the price, we drove up to the window paid went to the next window. Got my sandwich waiting for the coffee, The lady asked me what we were waiting for. we told her we were waiting on the coffee. She said you didn’t pay for the coffee. I looked at my receipt and sure enough the lady at the first window didn’t charge me for the coffee. I said OK please can I have a coffee she said no you have to drive around Again, and get the coffee. I was completely stunned. I asked how come you can’t just pour the coffee and charge me for it now. she said no we don’t do that. You need to drive back around and shut the window on me.
I was completely dumbfounded. I know a lot of us has been in the scenarios where they just take your card at the second window charger for whatever, than give you your order. This woman refuse to do it. I was not angry with her. I was not mean. I did not talk down to her. I just simply was curious why she couldn’t do it. This happened at 7 o’clock this morning.

Dont go here they dont even know what a cheesburger is. Just go to burgerking or chick fil a next door theyll actually listen you your order and get it right.

Online says they open at 5. I placed an order on the app at 5:30 and when I went through the drive thru they said it was closed. Only after I waited for 10 minutes and finally drove up to the window. I had to figure out how to cancel my order on the app since it was already "in progress". Either open at 5 or change the store hours online. It's not hard

The food order was wrong. Just another McDonald's that I won't be going to bunch of sketchy managers running the place. Furthering my hope that McDonald's goes down the toilet. I ordered a $5 meal deal which I expected to be $5. When I get up to the window I had to ask and itemize my order because it sounded like it was a little higher than it was and they did not put it on the screen for me to see. They expected me to pay right away but I insisted that I wanted to see what was on my order and once they read off the large drink and the large fry I had to explain to them that I didn't order that the managers are training the employees to automatically up charge your order so that they make more money. It is shady and unexcusable and the completely opposite of good customer service. On top of that, when I got to the window to pick up my food and they had already poured the large drinks and fries you could clearly see they were pissed because they had to dump all the drinks in the smaller containers and when I opened up my food bag I seen my fries dumped all over the bag instead of being placed correctly in the fry containers. Burn McDonald's burn.

Absolutely terrible. Couldn’t even review the food as we never even received our order. We had such a terrible experience that we asked to cancel our order and went to Chik-fil-A instead. The woman at the counter was so rude and on such a power trip that after asking to cancel our order she gave my husband such a hard time that we ended up having to dispute the order to our credit card company. So terrible that we will no longer support McDonald’s. So much for thanking their valued customers (Written on top of McDonalds).

I see why some of these McDonald’s locations have problems. They have some workers that want to stand around running their mouth, and when they bring you your food, it doesn’t even come complete with everything it should.🤨

You guys haven’t fixed your Frappe machine in months or it’s just down mysteriously everytime I stop in and anytime someone comes in to ask if it’s fixed, someone catches an attitude. I assume it’s good business for what you charge for them. Do better and fix your staffs attitude
