Great place place to go for breakfast if you like your egg McMuffin burned black .when asked for remake was just stared at and not acknowledged . So asked for a refund . Never a work spoken

I don't know if she's the manager or not, but the older Black woman is rude. I'm just passing through from Florida, and the screens were off, and I had to ask at the register because it was a special order.He made me feel like trash and I had to complain because he didn't give me the coffee I asked for and she said it was my fault for leaving. He gave me everything and I told him to put everything in the coffee because it's easier with his machines and it got worse. I don't want to hear about McDonald's for now. ..

Chris and another lady that works night shift are amazing. When I come there on my breaks the service and quality of the food is outstanding. Even when they are over book with driver thru customers the service never fails. Once time I left in a rush forgot a sandwich, I called back and Chris made sure I was taking care of. He apologize and gave me my sandwich I paid for. Definitely should get the employee of the year awards. He goes above and beyond. I come there just about every night to eat on break. Thanks for serving us workers late night. We appreciate it.

Pulled up at 731pn on Dec 2 and waited at the drive thru or 30mins. No response... Left at that point....

Ordered food in the drive thru around 11:30pm. Nobody in line but me. We sat for about 5 minutes waiting for (I assume) fresh food… nope. The chicken in my snack wrap was cold, all three double cheeseburgers had old/cold beef patties. Fries weren’t even warm. Everything was disgusting. The unmotivated dude working needs some retraining… if you wouldn’t eat the food, don’t serve it to your customers. How hard is it to master this?? If you can’t or won’t offer edible (fresh) food after a certain hour, close instead of advertising being open 24 hrs. Won’t be back to this location.

Waited at register for about 5 minutes and wasn't served. Manager walked right up to me to grab sauces and didnt even greet me. 3 employees not wearing hats or gloves in the kitchen. Not coming back.

Awful experience. Took my code for the discount from the app, then didnt apply my discount. When I said something, they said they couldn't do anything and I would have to wait 15 minutes to use it again. Funny thing is, I damn near waited 15 minutes standing at the counter. Absolutely horrible service. Also, why is there 5 employees literally standing around while a line forms at the register??? People used to care about what they did, even if it was just flipping burgers.

A senior cup of coffee hot and wonderful. They generally asked you do you want cream and sugar and if you say yes then I'll ask you how many they'll even put it in your cup for you. Thank you
Gave to Many chances and they act like they don't care about their job. You have to wait for more than 1 hour if you order inside, they see you waiting to place an order and they act like you are not there,, if you do mobile order pick up the food if cold or they give you the order with attitude, you go in there too eat there's mess, manager be there and acts same way. Honestly that place needs a better team that cares about the job and customers.
