Very clean restaurant, you would think the manager would be the most professional and happiest but in fact it was the back drive window employee ma’am. Got parked for a remake of a soggy chicken patty then was forgotten about. Manager was a bit cold and unprofessional; doesn’t seem to care. I find it very rude , and I’m always respectful especially knowing my food is being handle. Fries were hot, sweet tea was cold and sweet. Burger was juicy.

It was a simple order. All I ordered was three milkshakes and a McFlurry. All I got was two milkshakes a messed up milkshake and ice cream with Oreo dust on top. I’m not sure how hard it is for an employee to make an order, but this seems to be more and more common. Staff was unfriendly, and when I corrected them about the milkshake, she threw a fit, and acted like it was my fault they messed it up.

They are confused and unorganized and I. asked Christopher if my order was ready after I saw 5 people get there's that come in after me and he made a rude comment about they didn't get the same thing I did which was 2 happy meals and a mc double . A simple I'm sorry would have been ok I waited 40 minutes before I had to say something and then they act like I'm in the wrong.?
My dine in experience, order was placed and receipt said the food would be delivered to us. After more than 10 minutes, lady at counter said something we couldn't understand but assumed our order was ready since there was not many people in the dining area. The quarter pounder with these was cold and nasty. The fries were inedible. This was the second horrible experience at McDonald in 2 weeks. I will not be visiting McDonalds in NC again!
