Moe's Southwest Grill

This is not my first time being to this restaurant chain. I have been to better locations than this. You pay a lot of money and the people working behind the counter don't make it properly or forget ingredients. They didn't forget to not charge me for it. This location needs improvement.

Pretty solid place with good food. I prefer this over Chipotle. But the woman who was helping me today didn’t even bother to ask which rice or beans I wanted, just asked if I wanted it, and slapped whichever she felt like up there.

Horrible customer service, not be back to this location. Only Moes i ever have an issue with an order. Decided to send my money somewhere else and left.

I hate to say this but I’d rather eat at a Taco Bell than this place. Neither one of us could eat our meals. They asked if I wanted dark to light meat for my chicken. Turned out the dark meat was actually white meat but soaked in seasoning. No cheese for the burrito except some tiny squiggly stuff.

Literally never answered the phone, couldn’t help me when the app wouldn’t add the free queso, and the food sucked.

I wanted to take the time to come up here and leave a raving review of this Moe’s as well as any other Moe’s I’ve ever gone to, But this one in particular. I’ve been eating at this Moes for about two years and I’ve always had amazing food. It’s one of my favorite places to eat. Additionally, the staff is always kind and friendly. I’ve never gone into this location and not seen all the staff seem to truly enjoy their job and care about the customers. This is rare as I’m sure most people know, I’ve been to Chick-fil-As that don’t treat their customers as well or make food as good. I’m making this review because of the two years that I’ve been coming here there’s been only one time they’ve ever gotten something wrong with my order, that was yesterday, and of have no surprise to me, when I called up there because I was upset that it was wrong. The manager went out of his way to write down my order and tell me that they would remake it for me no problem, to just send my husband up there and they’d make it fresh. And they did. He apologized profusely and made the food himself. When my husband brought it home it was perfect, cheesy, hot, and you could just tell it was made with care. I do think I should get what I ordered, but I think that the positive attitude and kindness about it all was above and beyond. I believe that nothing is owed to me, so when you find a place that give you more than they have to and wants to ensure you remain a happy customer there’s nothing more I could ask for. I went back tonight.. because the food is truly that good, and will continue to go. I do and will continue to recommend this location to everyone because I think they embody what it means to have a good business.

Amazing experience. The food was great, good value for the portions. It was served hot and the ingredients were clearly fresh and had not been sitting out long. The workers were welcoming and competent. Quick service and very clean interior. From the front entrance to the bathrooms towards the back, it was extremely clean and the workers were actively wiping things down where people were (after they left). I would 100% recommend!

The service was horrible!! I had a burrito which was not good. Had to ask several times for more ingredients. Guy just wasn’t interested in working. It’s been a year and a half since I have gone to this location for the same reason. Never going back.

Went there today with the family. First time going in a long time since we don't have one where I live. Never got greated by anyone when we walked in. The man making the food was rude. Never gave you a choice of beans or not just threw black beans up there. Rushed threw on making choices with 3 kids. Salas was about empty the regular ice machine was empty and the trash can was over flowing. So I don't believe I would go back there. The cost is ridiculous for some burritos.

My kid loved his burrito. Dude scarffed it down so fast I only got a couple of blinks in before it was gone! 🤣. Thanks for making his day and mine. I really love watching my kid enjoy food. You guys did and excellent job. Keep it up 🤘🤙

Chicken was like eating a laxative, the queso has the same texture as spoiled milk. Nothing wrong with service at all just need to hire a new chef who knows how to make chips without 3 tons of salt as an ingredient.
