We stopped here for food on a road trip. The food was great, they got our special order right (thank you!), and it was ready fast. We're so glad we stopped at this location.

The staff is very polite, helpful, and professional. However, I did unfortunately get sick during my last visit on 2/24/25. My boyfriend and I ordered salad and breadsticks, and as soon as our waitress placed them on the table the strong smell of old rotted sewage just slapped me in the face. The food looked fine though, and tasted fine. I ordered the tour of italy, like I do every time I come here, and the meat in the lasagna tasted real funky, so I stopped eating it. Within 15 minutes of that, I got horribly sick to my stomach. I suspect the food was not cooked properly. Although I love Olive Garden and I love this location, I’m gonna have to steer clear of this location considering I got extremely sick within 15-20 minutes of consuming my food.

Food is not as good as it once was... way back in the day. I think we had about 3 or 4 different waitresses.

4 Stars – On the Way to 5

Let’s be honest—managing and running a restaurant isn’t easy. Managing a chain and making it feel like a natural part of the community? Even harder. But Olive Garden in Wilson has been pulling it off.

This place has come a long way in the past year, and that’s why it’s a four-star review—for now. Not because they’ve missed the mark, but because I’m excited to see what five stars looks like when they get there.

The real reason this place works isn’t just the food—it’s the team. The folks running curbside pickup, in particular, understand that hospitality isn’t just about getting the order right. It’s about making people feel like they belong. And that’s what they do. They go the extra mile, not because they have to, but because they want to. That’s what turns a national chain into a local staple.

If they keep this up, I’ll be back to update this to five stars.

Where do I start? The service here has gone down terribly. The salad wasn’t fresh. Our waitress was the same young lady we had last visit and we were immediately sad because the last time we came she forgot everything and we ended up having to get help from other waiters. The same thing happened this time. We waited an hour for our food just to find out it was never even entered in. Our waitress was no where to be found for the majority of the time. Horrible experience. Left hungry

Nice staff. We were seated unmediated but sat in booth for 10 minutes with no service. I went to hostess desk & then a waitress took our order. Food was well prepared, I had the salmon & hubby had soup & an appetizer . We were offered free dessert for our inconvenience which was thoughtful. We declined since we don’t order dessert .

Worst service that I’ve ever had at any restaurant. My shrimp scampi was like warm . Breadsticks are not as good as before - not worth the carbs : /
