Best panera ive been to. I work right next door and i get it often, so do my co workers. The app is awesome. And the oick up here is usually quick. They do it busy during peak lunch hours(thats expected, especially from a good place) thr pastry display is always full and they have the new self prder kiosks inside. Its a great place. I like it alot. 5 stars for sure. 🤝👍👍 the new fall flavor stuff is friggen awesome too btw.

FASTER TO WALK INSIDE!!

Don't ever go through this drive through = Awful!!

If someone in front of you orders a large order you'll be waiting 15 minutes until they clear the lane. Management needs to teach their staff to have the bigger orders pull ahead and park on the side so the drink and bakery drive through orders get priority over the others. Efficiency over Laziness of your staff not walking the orders out to curbside.

Please correct this tremendous error in process and I'll come back as a loyal customer..until then enjoy waiting 5+minutes for your drive through drink.

I can only rate the salad I had today because I have not visited this location in a while. I ordered a half.size Ceasar salad with chicken. The quality of this salad was bad. The reason is because the lettuce was starting to get stale. Their Ceasar salad, in general, is not a good buy. You're better off buying the other salads. The thing that gets me is the price of the salad. I think it's corporate greed to charge more than 6.00 for a salad when three quarters of the salad is bad. Next time, I will add photos as proof.

Sat in the drive through for 25 minutes waiting on a single toasted bagel, got to the window and they had no idea what my order was and took another 10 minutes to slice and toast said bagel. Impressively bad service.

Went there for breakfast on a weekday and had a great conversation with the manager on duty. Not busy so aervice was quick and I was able to have some privacy without anyone getting all up in my introvert hamster ball.

Today my wife and I visited Panera. We frequently eat here. The food is normally good. The food was good today also. But I was met with an unkind and unpleasant disposition from the staff that took our order. I love Panera but I do not like the experience we had today. As I got to the window I told the staff Sacorya I wasn’t done ordering. She casually rubbed it off asking what did I want. I’m use to a certain caliber of service here but today I did not get it!

(Dine-in 07/07/2025) Very good food, as usual. This was my first time dining inside Panera. I usually utilize the drive-through. That said, while enjoying our sandwiches, I popped back up to the counter to ask the staff if they could turn down the music. The employee said she'd have to ask the manager. The music was not turned down. The music was obnoxious, bubblegum-pop BS music which made my dining room experience one that I'd prefer to avoid next time. If I can't dine with background music being background music. I don't want to dine in a restaurant on a Monday afternoon with bubblegum disco playing loudly over the house stereo.
