Close to closing time, but still had time to order, dine outside and eat. Before we left, decided to get some bagels for the next day. Bagels were plentiful on the cart that were sitting in front of us. Asked for a cinnamon crunch bagel and the girl said they didn’t have anymore. I said your cart is full right there in front of us. Her response was “they are for tomorrow morning”.? Can’t I buy one or a few now? “No”! Well , ok then. I really didn’t know how to respond after that.

Food cold not what I ordered French onion soup had no cheese or bread wrong bagel if I want to spend 35.$ I would rather go out and get something I can eat and ordered. Never again. Afraid to eat warm tuna fish sandwich

The food was ok. They seemed to be out of most of what we ordered. We came for the bread bowls and that's what they were out of. Was offered something of lesser value without the refund of the difference. It was hard to get anyone to help with anything.

I stopped in to get an iced coffee at 7:15pm. I asked the cashier, she rep that it was all gone for the day. I then said that I’d takeaway large hot coffee instead. She said we don’t have any coffee, we put it away at 7pm. She then asked if I wanted anything else, which of course was no. @PaneraBread, This location shows it is open till 9pm, but put away all coffee at 7pm? I want a discount on my sip club, if I can’t get sips, at least up close to closing time. Pretty sad

Menus and so called deals can be tricky and you end up paying 35$ and not get much of anything that makes you want to return except maybe the green tea.

Panera is hit or miss with quality and service. Today, it was a hit. Friendly staff and the food (salad) was fresh, prepared properly and good.
This place is not consistent. One minute it’s good next minute it’s horrible. Get it together!
