This review has been a long time coming. Manager is rude and incompetent. I’ve given this place so many chances because I like the gluten free pizza crust, but will be ordering from Pizza Hut in the future. They have much better pizza and customer service! After many issues with our previous orders I decided to give them once more chance tonight, and received doughy undercooked pizza that was somehow burned at the same time! How does that even happen? They swirl the sauce on the crust without spreading it out, and I can’t eat cheese on it so I essentially get served dry bread! When I questioned the manager about why the sauce isn’t spread out, he acted like I was an idiot for not asking for extra sauce! Who has ever had to ask a pizza place to spread the sauce across the crust? I explained that I’m not asking for extra, just for it to cover the bread!! At any other pizza place this is a given lol. I won’t be spending anymore money with Papa Johns!

I was nervous about returning to this location as I had it twice before a swore to not go back after my last experience. But they had a BOGO offer so I gave them another shot. Much better experience. The restaurant was well staffed, friendly service and greeted as soon as I walked in this time. My order was ready and brought to me within 20 secs of walking in. I didn’t get the name of the staff that brought it to me but he was friendly, cools, and hospitable. I am so pleased with the improvements they have made and I will be back!

Wanted to give credit to the employees at this location. In the past I didn’t order pizza here because it’s across town, but every time I do the employees are so nice! Last week we put in an order and the employee handing it off asked if we could double check I had all our sauces before I left. And she was so sweet and friendly.
We’re having a gathering tonight so we decided to order from papa John’s again and the employee handing off my order was so cheerful and kind! Left with good feelings and a smile.
Went to this papa John and customer was terrible. I was trying to ask for help with a special and she was so rude and didn’t want to help. She had a blue scarf on her head working. Please help with customer service.

after having my information stolen (i live in new jersey!) i called to report the fake order in my name - i was greeted with some of the friendliest, most helpful service i’ve experienced in a very long time! if they’re anything in person like they are over the phone, this place is absolutely worth your time :)
