I went today, 3-30-24 around lunch time and had the most pleasant experience with Samatha and Virginia. They both were sweethearts! I'm not sure if one of those ladies made my pizza, but the pizza was AMAZING as well as my internation with the named ladies ! What a pleasant experience, especially these days in time!

Tried their new epic cheese stuffed crust pizza and it was delicious. Also got jalapeño bites, again awesome. There was plenty of food and the price was cheap. Love this place.

They charged my daughter $32.00 for pizza that she never got and still took it out of her account. Now we have no pizza or $32.

First time ordering from this place. Order stated it would be ready in 18 minutes. Got there in 20 minutes and they told me it was not ready yet. That’s fine. I kindly waited an extra 10 minutes just to find out my order was sitting there from the first conversation when initially walking in. Really disappointed with the fact I waited in line for 15 minutes waiting to get my “ready” order standing behind someone ordering, yet there were three delivery driver drivers walking around doing absolutely nothing , one lady eating behind the counter and two other workers. No one even asked if I was picking something up or not. I could have been out earlier if someone would have just asked what I was waiting on. Instead this place is filled with workers who don’t bother to ask if you need anything. On top of my food being completely wrong.

No apparent manager, only kids at establishment. Pizza was undercooked and ingredients were scarce. Very disappointed with service and quality of food!
I actually prefer the flavor of Papa John's pizzas. I always order carry out. I never had a problem. Service seems to be fine everytime I go. My favorite pizza is the bbq chicken with bacon and light jalapenos. I never tried the meatballs so I tried it with pepperoni and spinach. It was a great combo.

Order my pizza online to include cheese sticks and wings and pizza. We need to go pick my order up. , check the boxes and the cheese sticks look like they have been sitting out. Eventually the manager came up and told me that he could not issue a cash refund and I knew that if I had of gotten them to remake them the. Rest of the pizza would have been cold by the time I got it home. He THREW the box down on the counter and proceeded to do something in the register which is when he told me he could t issue the refund. I grabbed the other items and pleasantly said no problem I'll call corporate to which he replied he would issue me a store credit. I hadn't planned on going back with the lackluster service and poor quality but I guess I'll redeem my free pizza. I mean the cheesesticks didn't hardly have any cheese and they didn't squish to the touch. He says well its fresh and the box is hot. SIR...

I was in a pinch to feed a large group for lunch on a Friday. I went in the store to tell them my dilemma and they were so helpful. I ordered and they quickly had my order ready in 30 mins. They helped me to my car. I can not Thank them enough for saving the day. I will be ordering from them again in the future. With more notice next time.

Just ordered pick up for a pizza and watched an employee finish a cigarette, pick his nose then walk inside and start touching food. He stepped to the back out of my view for less than 20 seconds before coming back up to the front. Not enough time to clean his hands. Turns out he is the manager. Not coming here again.Edit: To be fair, he did cancel the order upon request so that was decent.
