The manager tonight 8/27/24 needs a refresher course. I can tell Mr Cornelius was not there I order my usual. The order was wrong so they remade it and it was wrong again. At this point all I want is a refund. She rudely said we don’t give refunds. If Mr Cornelius isn’t there I will not be ordering.

Fast and professional service. Food was excellent. I made a mistake on my order, but they came to the rescue and fixed it. Very professional. The employees are as asset for Pizza Hut!

Sad that no one uses good customer service anymore. Clean place but not one friendly face. My pizza had more pineapple then pepperoni you would think they would even it out but folks don't use common sense today. My family did not like the big box pizzas and asked me not to buy it again besides that pizza hut is my favorite place for a good pizza..prices are ridiculously high and not worth the money when they minimize the toppings and charge extra for pan crust lol it'll be a while before I use them again.

I have not had a good meal since May 24th so I decided to order a pizza. I have purchased The Tastemaker many many times without incident. This was by far the worst pizza I have ever had. Ever. The chicken toppings were skimpy including two pieces on two slices, three on another, and four on the fourth. The pizza was incredibly overcooked and the taste was just gross. I ate one slice and was done. It will be a long time before I consider ordering from Pizza Hut ?

I came late at night, Peppermill Pizza Hut is the one I come to all the time from home. Everyone was really nice, the driver's and manager. Got what I wanted and enjoyed. I was hungry and first meal of the day. Can't believe I almost ate the whole large veggie pizza by myself. My favorite place to come and never got a wrong order. ??
Vegetarian options: I always get the veggie lovers pizza and put pineapples on top. I love my bread so it has to be pan pizza.
The food is good and the employees are friendly and polite.

Never disappointed with Pizza Huts pizza. The customer service is always on point. I would highly recommend to anyone. I also like the fact there is a drive thru window.
The food was okay. My main issue with the delivery driver. No one knocked on my door or rang my doorbell. My kitchen is right next to my front door, and I was in my kitchen and heard nothing at all. They claimed they knocked a few times, but they didn't. They instead texted me saying the left my food at my door. Basically, they left my food on the dirty ground because I have no table outside my door. They didn't even lay anything on the ground, just put the pizza boxes on the ground. Plus, they busted one of the wing containers, spilling BBQ sauce everywhere. The cheese sticks were mishappen and the quality of the food was really not the best. It will be a really long time before I go here again.
They messed up my order. But it was fixed the next time I went. I love this Pizza Hut. It's the best one I've been to.

I normally get my pizza from Smithfield Dominos but the last pizza I had looked terrible with barely any cheese ,sauce,and toppings on it also 6.99 for extra cheese I said oh no I can’t spend my money with them any more and I don’t care for Pizza Hut in Smithfield NC either…. Wilson NC Pizza Hut is much better and the extra cheese fits my budget by being a little cheaper….The pizza was off the hook…. It was so good I didn’t have a pizza like that in years I will be going back to get my Pizza On!! lol!! Umm umm good!! One thing I wish they would bring back the old wings they used to have before they started serving the one they have now!!!

They do not listen. Me and my wife love pizza.. BUT it is becoming our worst nightmare. They don’t listen to anything we say. For 6 months CONSISTENTLY and the last 7 times consecutively our order has been wrong. It’s disgusting to know that we have repeatedly addressed it with the manager. We live 5 mins away and ALWAYS TIP. After tonight I will never tip again. Until I can see improvement in this store I will order from the Pizza Hut on Glendale Drive. It may be further but to experience a correct order for a change will be worth it.
