Terrible! Seemed like cheese sticks were old. They also weren’t cut. Should’ve been cut into 10 individual sticks as advertised. They just put one huge cheese stick rectangle in the box and when we asked them to cut it the associate seemed annoyed that I asked him to do what should’ve already been done and only made one cut down the middle. The personal pan pizzas weren’t great either. First time visiting this location. Terrible experience, won’t be back. I recommend taking your hard earned money elsewhere where you’ll be respected as a customer and your business appreciated.

We ordered a pizza from here. We should have known it would be a disaster from the “delivered” notification that we received 30 minutes before getting our pizza. After waiting over an hour, you would expect our basic pepperoni pizza to be correct. It was not. We received cheese. When we called about it, the person to answer the phone was rude and condescending. Not to mention the cookie we ordered was burnt. Overall, a terrible order and terrible time. I would recommend anywhere else before here for your pizza needs.

I would not order from this store. They do not cut their deserts anymore, the order i made was over an hour late and incorrectly marked as delivered 20 minutes early, and they forgot all the toppings on my pizza! When I called them about the bad experience, the person on the phone talked to my like I was stupid and refused any sort of refund. The cheese pizza itself was cold and mediocre. Also, the cookie i ordered was entirely burnt around the edges.

I had a online order. I got 2 large 3 topping pizzas. 1 of the pizzas had no cheese & was supposed to be handtossed but it was so thin. The other pizza was so freaking greasy & half of it looked thin crust & only one slice looked handtossed. If im paying almost $30 for 2 pizzas I should not have to come home & add stuff to it so it can be edible. This location sucks! No use in calling because they will not give you a refund. They only offer to remake it. I'll pass because it should have been done right the first time.

Food is OK. Place is disgusting. I was handed dirty plates & they tried to charge $9 for 4 cups of water? Seriously. I dont blame the cashier at all, she was nice but the manager is just plain greedy at this point. They only had 6 or 12ct wings instead of the 36 or more thats on their menu. So i had to pay more than i would have if i had been able to order 36. The only reason for that would be to squeeze more money out of customers as i could order 3 12c wings and get 36, but pay way more. I also watched them not pick up the phone as it rang several times so i wouldnt bother calling!

Absolutely disgusting I don’t understand how hard it is to make a pizza The cheese was nonexistent and The sauce was nonexistent. The box was hot but the pizza wasn’t even warm and it was just plain disgusting and disappointing I hate to waste money! The cinnamon rolls didn’t have the icing on them. The breadsticks were so old they tasted stale and were not even cut and the pizza tasted old. I don’t understand how this place is still in business this is very poor service I’m very saddened by this experience. You guys need to do better. $40 worth of food just to not be able to eat it. This is ridiculous.

A year later: They aren't doing so great lately, cold pizza and made wrong. Management doesn't even respond, been hours.
The food was good and fresh, but the staff was very unfriendly on the phone and in the drive-thru.

I will never order from here again. Called in order with a 20 min pick up time. Arrived on time, waited in drive through for 15 mins with no movement. Called to check if order was ready. Said yes and I could go in to get it. Went in, waited another 15 mins for them to locate my order, which was never found. So 50 mins later I leave with no food. Worst service ever!!!!

Ordered 28 wings total and all (except 4 wings) were super hard and crunchy like they been under a heat lamp for days and then thrown into sauce and given to me luke warm. My fork would barely even stab into the boneless wings they were so hard. My cheese bread sticks was half cooked, it did not have crispy bottom we desire with pan style bread. My mozzarella sticks were cold. I paid for 2 extra marinara sauces and only received 1 of them. Placed order online and arrived at ready time and still waited another 10 minutes to receive barely warm, hard, disgusting boneless wings and under cooked pizza bread. I will NEVER return to this location again.
