Chiiile, I went there less than 48 hours ago and baby! I was disappointed. I ordered a small hand tossed pizza and a 12 count buffalo medium sauce wings. My order of chicken was wrong twice. One man rung up my order while another one brought out the order. The total wait time for everything was I know close to 30-45 mins. & I was a dine-in. Literally only one family was there when I got there. But anyway, the order of wings came out wrong twice before they finally got it right, then the pizza was wrong too! I was like “what are they doing!?!?!” The pizza came out thin crust instead of hand tossed. The wings came out first a 8-piece boneless buffalo, then 12 count lemon pepper wings, then finally the right order of wings smh. I was tired of waiting & went on ahead and ate the pizza because I was hungry and had already been sitting for 25-30 mins just for my order to be constantly wrong. Had I not already paid & started eating I would’ve definitely asked for my FULL refund, left & not came back. & the dude that brought the wings to me time after time wrong, I specifically told them what I ordered when they brought the chicken out wrong the first time. & people came in and left right out after they were sitting & waiting for over 15-20 min. It’s ridiculous. Management needs to do better with cracking down on them and making sure the food is right! && they need to be wearing hair nets because from management to workers , none of them had anything on to protect the food. I know where not to go again until they get themselves together. Crazy thing about it is when I got my pizza the ticket was right but the order was wrong. So that comes to show they won’t reading or paying attention. The only ones who seemed to have gotten their order quickly & accurate were those that had ordered online. When the right order of wings came out, the person told me they were having problems with their fryer & apologized. I was merciful but it still has nothing to do with the order being wrong. $29 is way too much to be spending on food constantly being made wrong because you not paying attention. & it didn’t come with a drink! Smh Pizza Hut, Do better!!!!

It is Friday March 8 2024. Ordered at 7:11pm received pizza at 8:05 when cashier checked pizza had been sitting in back don't know how long. Poor service very displeased. Many other customers standing around complaining about how long they had been order their food, even th ones with call in orders.

I ordered online yesterday at 12:24 with a projected time of 12:43. I arrived at 12:40 and didn't get seen until 1:10. The girl pulled up my ticket, told me she'd grab my order after finishing with the last customer in line. After 20 minutes they figured out no one had made my pizza. It was 1:55 before I got my pizza. When I get ready to eat, the toppings weren't even right despite being asked multiple times what was on my pizza.They were short-staffed, I understand, and were trying to be compassionate, which is why I didn't leave. but there's no excuse for getting a pizza over an hour and 1/2 after ordering and still getting it wrong.

I watched my food sit on something (not in a box) for about 8 minutes “ after” I walked in. I’m not sure how long it was sitting out before I walked in. I didn’t think it was mine. However it was. So I’m thinking what it’s sitting on will keep it hot. That wasn’t the case. My pizza was not hot and it made me sick. Food poisoning to be exact. I don’t wish this misery on anyone. Don’t be fooled by the good grade that this store has. The guy who was cutting and boxing the pizza I’m assuming was a manager but I’m not sure.

I waited AT LEAST 30 min total for 1 box of cheesesticks that were ordered ahead. She told us to go around since there started to be a line of 3+ cars and after everyone else got their food we still had to wait another 20 min. ?? After she handed it to us she scurried away without a word.. not to mention my previous experiences here. I've had to wait in line for 10+min with other customers without any one saying a word despite seeing us stand right there and an employee on their phone doing nothing and going to eat with what I assume was a family member on the far left corner of the restaurant. I ended up just ordering online while in the store. I shrugged it off as everyone has bad days but lately the service has been just as bad ! The food is good but the customer service is non existent.

I only do delivery so atmosphere I just put that up there cuz I barely ever been inside. Food or pizza really is all we get, but pizza is so good. Better than rest of fast food pizza chains in town like Papa John's, dominoes, pizza inn, and esp little Caesars which is worst. The app or online site to order from tho is soooooooo ridiculously slow and glitchy. Been like that for while now. Everytime you click on item it takes minutes for it to get to next screen. It is the worst order online site for any restaurant in Wilson county. Really needs to fix it.

I have been waiting in line for over an hr and 25 minutes behind a vehicle that apparently just placed their order in at the window! This is completely ridiculous especially when I have ordered my items 30 minutes ago! The worst thing is because of the way their drive thru is set up I am unable to leave out of the line. NEVER AGAIN!!

This review is 2 fold. I'll start with the initial delivery service. When my Uber Eats driver arrived to the hospital where I'm here with my daughter, it was not Stephanie as indicated in the app. It was a male who stated that Stephanie (his wife) was in the car and that he brought it in for her. However, it was 2 males in the car and no female when I looked. Additionally, my Uber eats driver was clearly under the influence. He was jittery and could not stop moving or sniffing. He asked me in front of the front desk worker would i have been mad if he ate some of my pizza which clearly looked tampered with. It also DID NOT have the security sticker across the box which Pizza hut admitted was their error after I contacted them. They confirmed he also acted suspicious while there to pick up my food and made a comment about eating it. They were willing to replace my pizza and have a delivery driver of their own bring the remade pizza but when the remake arrived it was also NOT a double pepperoni big new Yorker. I've had at least 3 from there. This one just like the first the Uber eats driver delivered had 8 slices, it's supposed to have 6. It was NOT on big new Yorker crust and did not have the big New Yorker seasonings. It was simply a large pepperoni pizza. This whole experience was so off putting. Never ordering from here again.
