Closing time on google maps says 10pm. I arrived at 9:12pm and they’re here but “closed”.
Update your hours of operations so customers are not purchasing food via phone and then arriving only to find out you closed a hour ahead of time (that was never posted)
I usually would rather have pizza inn over any other pizza. However I placed an order tonight for delivery and by far the worst experience I have ever had! Their delivery only brought half of my order. I expressed to the driver they were missing spaghetti,a gallon of tea and a large Pepsi and no marinara sauce! The driver told me to call pizza inn I spoke to the manager they were supposed to remake order and then deliver it waited over a hr nothing and can’t get anyone on the phone! Over $50 wasted with our or food highly disappointed! Really wish someone would answer the phone or call me from there!
Beware, they've hired new incompetent employees recently who can't even take a simple order. Going downhill like most fast food chains.

every single time i go to this pizza inn, they never have good service. usually very rude and non communicative workers and it is ALWAYS 100% a wait for to go orders whether it’s from ordering online or picking up doordash i always end up waiting an hour. safe to say i wont be returning anymore to give anymore chances ever since they got new management.

Absolutely filthy. No clean tables. There for approx 1-1/2 hrs, sat there longer on purpose just to observe. Maybe 3 pizzas brought out for the Buffett in 1-1/2 hr. Buffet areas disgusting. WILL NOT BE BACK.
Pizza Inn in Wilson needs major repairs done to a majority of their seats in both booths and chairs. They have been taped and that has busted and stuffing is coming out and you sit in big holes. Not going back anytime in the near future. Had to ask to be moved to table and chairs. Horrible. Please get the seats recovered. We used to really love to go to the Wilson NC Pizza Inn.

Went to drive thru and sat there for 19 minutes a girl came to the counter gave a customer his food walked off never saw anyone after waiting another 5 minutes left my last time there orderering someone needs to get this place in check it too good to let it be ruined by bad employees.

Spent more than 80 dollars on delivery tonight. I love italian subs and when I first started ordering they were good. Received this one tonight and had to recheck my order to make sure I didn't just order bread, lettuce, and tomatoe. There is no meat on it. Not to include they always forget the sides such as ranch. Really who pays 16 dollars for 10 wings and you forget the ranch and ontop of that i ordered extra and got none. By the way this has happened the last 3 orders. Think I will be looking elsewhere going forward

My family and I ate here this past Saturday December 15th 2024. First of all we went to get a salad and you could clearly see the ham was very brown and the lettuce was no good at all, it was so mushy and wilted. It looked like it has sat in the sun all day. Well I asked them twice to change out the lettuce and the manager came to us and she says to us "we'll a lot of times that's how the lettuce comes to us and we have to go to food lion and get lettuce" I said um ok. Well we went to check out and I asked the manager what are you going to do about my daughter food she couldn't eat and she said " we will take her meal off". My thing is if you know you are serving food that is clearly bad how can you still be open? The food was so bad all the way around. My family will never eat here again. . . This place should close down.

Pizza hut in Wilson nc definitely has roaches...I witnessed roaches crawling along the salad and buffet bar several times and when i informed the hostess her reply was...that's why i dnt eat here...absolutely shocking
Then on top of that the manager asked me to leave because i informed another guest of what i had seen...i was there picking up a door dash order

I arrived at this Pizza Inn tonight around 6:40-6:50. My server's name was Audrey. She was unfortunately terrible. Firstly, she refilled my Dr. Pepper only twice. It also took a while for the first refill to arrive. I do think that I probably should have asked her for a refill earlier, but she was busy clearing off a couple of tables, and I did not want to bother her. Secondly, she only stopped by 4 times to check to see if everything was okay. As a server myself, I check on my guests quite frequently to make sure that they are all right. The reason that I do this is because I would want someone to check on me frequently to make sure that I am all right. I unfortunately did not receive this treatment. I was ignored most of the time. I do not want to brag, but, again, as a server, I would never treat any of my guests in this manner. If she was busy, I would have totally understood, as I have been incredibly busy before at my job as well, but it would have been nice to at least been notified so that I would not have to wonder where my server was. I did, however, leave her a $15 tip. After this, I went to go pay for my food. I had a to-go box with five pieces of cheese bread with me. At the cash register, I told the lady working there that I had a to-go box with me, and that I needed it to be weighed so that I could pay for it. However, it was quite noisy in the kitchen at this time, and when I said that I needed the box to be weighed, she misheard me and assumed that I said that I wanted the box to be thrown away. Firstly, why would I take a to-go box up to the cash register, just to have the cashier throw it away? That makes no sense at all. Secondly, after she accidentally threw my box away, all she said was, and I quote, "Oops, sorry." I do not think she was sorry at all. Also, she should have offered to get me another box with the cheese bread that I had inside it. I did not have a great experience here tonight.
