Best chicken ever! Absolutely delicious, the new chicken wing flavors are great, the recipe for this chicken is fantastic and they are always cook to perfection.
Service is bad and place is not the best but food is well worth the trip and money!

The worst popeyes in the state. I order here at least once a week, they have NEVER, and I mean NEVER gotten my order right, and what food I get is reheated rubbery and not edible. I have given this restaurant the benefit of the doubt too long, no longer will I waste my money or time here.

This place is always out of chicken, the main thing Popeyes is known for. Get it together for the love of God

Popeyes always has good food but if you go to this place I urge you to double check, triple check, and quadruple check your order. Without fail, every time I've gotten something from here whether I order in the store, in the drive thru, or delivery I'm always missing 2-3 of the items I ordered. This happens EVERY time I go. Especially check if you got the right version of the thing you ordered Example: I usually order the ghost pepper chicken sandwich or the spicy chicken sandwich but more often than not they give me the regular.

Every once in a blue moon the food is fresh and good. It’s either a hit or miss… but their ATTITUDES !!! ALWAYS OUT THIS WORLD .. rude as hell ! They typically close at 11 but in their eyes and words (the workers) they close at 10:15pm 🤦‍♀️

Everything good except the store that needs to be cleaned better

I went through the drive thru at 11:55am and ordered 12 boneless wings…25 minutes later I had my order of wings with sauce in the bottom of the container not on the wings. Why any of this is acceptable who knows.

We ordered 2 #1 meals. Order was taken at 7:40pm. Our order was ready at 7:59pm. While waiting we saw another customer order and received food after us. Chicken sandwich and fries should not take 20 minutes!!!! Another DoorDash left without food after 5 minutes of waiting. Another customer waited over 15-20 minutes while we were eating. Cook walked around dining room several times while on the cell phone. However the cook was polite.

There was a young woman that was not taking my mom and dad's order, she was talking, and when she noticed them, she had a attitude, and it was a very feisty type of attitude, and my dad specifically asked for a family bundle, and she said "You said 10 piece?" And then my dad said the family bundle, and she responded with an attitude, again, and said "You said the ten piece." And we got up and left. And I'm a kid, But this was downright disrespectful, do better, this is the reason there's a 3.7 rating.

I went with my family around 3.30 pm Wednesday 30th of October 2024, the
restaurant was pretty much empty, we had to wait a long time for someone to come to the front to take our order, finally a young girl came with very nasty attitude, she didn't heard me or something but she was very unprofessional.,We come most of the time on the weekend but with this kind of service I will probably won't come back

Not from North Carolina, but the cashier seems like she has an attitude, I asked for ranch they charge, I got jalapeños they charge, I just needed to ask for toilet paper they might charge me that too. Food was good but customer service is a no no, she needs to be more friendly. Won't be coming to this location

I needed to grab a fast lunch so I came to this location, honestly never again will I come back. I ordered my food a chicken burger and a side. I waited 10 minutes for this. There were others that were waiting for their orders before me. As I waited I watched customers come up to the cashier and wait....wait and for someone to take their order nothing. 2 guys came in I walked over to them and told them they're better off going somewhere else. As I said that the guy waiting at the cashier turned around and left and heard me and said "yup listen to him". I finally got my food and "looked" for a clean table to sit at, finally found one. I ate and as im leaving there were still 2 customers waiting for their order.... Brutal service here... Management you need to step it up here!
