I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The food felt overpriced for the quality—particularly the taco burger, which was $16 and came with store-bought guacamole. For that price, I’d expect something freshly made.
The service was just okay, but I didn’t appreciate how the wait staff seemed to subtly push ordering sides, even though they’re sold separately. It felt a bit deceptive.
The most disappointing part was the lack of basic cleanliness in the restroom. There was no toilet paper or hand soap, and when I informed the staff, nothing seemed to be done to address it.
Overall, it wasn’t a great experience, and I won’t be returning.

Visited here as I just wanted a good burger while in town. After a quick Google search I landed on this place. Old Fashioned on point ✔️ Brussel Sprouts with Pork Belly on point ✔️ 3Bs Burger (bacon, Blue cheese, bourbon caramelized onions) on point ✔️ Mixologist Jay on point ✔️. Definitely a go to burger spot.

Small with only about 8 tables. Burgers are very good and drinks are a fair price. Wait staff and bartenders are very friendly and attentive.
First time trying this place. The food is above average, but the problem is the total was $45 for 2 people (including tip). A $1 upcharge for a BBQ sauce is unreasonable. The portions aren't very filling either, and I walked out not full. The service was decent. Again, the food is pretty good, but it is a bit overpriced, and an extra sauce being $1 is absurd. I probably won't return due to there being better burger places our there.

Good burger spot, the pattys are juicy and the seasoned fries are so satisfying.
Definitely an easy choice.

Ordered lunch for my team, paid for condiments for 11 people and received none with our order. First time trying this restaurant and it wasn't the best experience.

We were in town for the North Carolina State fair, my daughter and I, and my son goes to ECU. We decided to meet in a central location between Raleigh and Greenville, North Carolina. The menu looked great, but my 10 year old daughter is fairly picky and ordered just a chicken patty. There was a chicken sandwich on the menu, and they gave her just a thin piece of chicken breast and I ordered a side of loaded tater tots for her. When the bill came, they charged $14 for a chicken breast that was a thin piece of chicken by itself with no bread or any toppings. So it was $22 for my 10 year-old’s meal of a piece of chicken and some tater tots. When I ask about this, I was told that there was not a price for chicken by itself, though a beef patty by itself was only seven dollars. the server was very nice and called manager, who said the price is not flexible. I am still unsure what price she meant because there was no price for this on the menu. So for the three of us to eat, it was $94, and my 10-year-old’s meal was $22 all by itself. I can guarantee you that we will never come back here again.

I've never had a burger with a drier top bun. Look, no dressings on the top bun. These burgers are dry, under-flavored and overpriced. $60 for 2 people on a Tuesday is too expensive for me. Burgers, fries, Brussel sprouts, & sodas.

Wow, this place exceeded my expectations. While on layover, I enjoyed an amazing experience! Walking into the door, this place was somewhat full for a late lunch!
Where to start, I had a layover with Amtrak and happen to see that this was an option! The host and waiter were extremely friendly and helpful! Wow was I impressed with the homemade cocktail (the Seltzers were great especially the Apple Hard Seltzers)! Then comes to the menu, easy to use and man was the food was off chain! I chose the special which was a Sweet Pimento Cheeseburger and a guest patron told me to get the tots! Wow was the food cooked to expectation!
From friendly conversations with the locals and the staff, I’ll gladly come back!
Thank you R&D for a great experience!
5 out of 5!
Dietary restrictions: They were accommodating, and asked before I order!
Kid-friendliness: They have a kid friendly menu, with decent prices!
