Decent place. My burger was ordered medium. It was well done, no pink at all upon arrival. Husband had one of the chicken sandwiches. He said it was decent.We ordered the pork belly slides as an appetizer, and they were delicious. Ordered a few drinks, which were fine.This was our third time here, and each time, it was decent.
We were looking for a place to stop while passing by Wilson and we got lucky and found this spot! The brussel sprouts with pork belly were hot, crisped to perfection and drizzled in a tasty sauce that apparently is a secret ? You can't beat their classic burger served with tots or FF plus a cold PBR and a shot of whiskey on the side all for $20. I enjoyed the patty melt with a side of onion rings and a lemon, gin prossecco concoction. Burgers were thick, juicy and cooked just right, service was quick and friendly and you can enjoy the view of the Whirlygig Park next door. Definitely worth a stop!

While the drinks and food was delicious the kitchen doesn’t have the ability to handle the number of tables in the restaurant. We had the bad luck of ordering food after the tables around us and it took over an hour to get food. With 3 kids I can’t recommend this for families during core meal hours - highly recommended at off hours.

My order on a Wednesday: old fashioned on the menu which is made with JD rye. Pour of EC toasted, OGD 114 and the pimento burger. If it's whiskey Wed, how do I know that? Not advertised anywhere. I only knew that after asking the bartender the price of EC toasted that wasn't listed. Why isn't the old fashioned half off as well? Whiskey Wed is awesome, good selection of bourbon to try. The burger was good. What would have made it great would be to warm up the bun. The only thing warm was the meat. Tray it was served on, bun, pimento cheese all cold. Throw that bun on the grill with some butter and toast that thing up! Would have made it great! Brussel sprouts with pork belly were amazing. Chose that over carbs, full price app charge?They need a tv, or louder music. Atleast one tv. Just for background viewing, anything.Bathrooms are in the main dining. Shut that down and make people use the hall. No one wants to see how long you've been in the bathroom.

Out of towners from Maryland visiting Wilson to watch daughter play college softball and found this place for dinner. This is a must go to if you like a great burger! Probably the best burgers we've had in years!!!! The Brussels sprouts were delicious and the salad portion feed 3 of us. Not a big menu but would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Service was great! Not a big restaurant and a little loud but didn't mind at all because the food was so good.
