Waited over 20 minutes for two pretzel, not only did they mix up the order but they were also extremely rude and disrespectful. We had other food in the car but wanted the two pretzels, the other food got cold and we asked for a discount for making us wait that long and mixing up our order. They we're rude and nasty about it and the shift manager was the main one since he delivered our food. Not only that but it was cold, we left without our food. If you want actually good service and food, don't come here.

I like the menu options (breakfast lunch etc. ) but if the food is not good it's pointless obviously. The tater tots with cheese looked like they were hours old but I didn't have time to wait another 15mins. The milkshake's are so thick it takes 30 mins before you can attempt to drink it. You may like a thick shake me personally I like to drink the shake not look at it waiting for it to melt. Dont ask for extra cheese you'll just pay for it and get the same amount of cheese. Everytime so I just ask for it on the side now.

The first time I have eaten at Sonic. I don't typically eat burgers and wanted to try.
I got the bacon dbl cheeseburger. It was awesome. Not Greasy AT ALL & The service was quick. The only disappointment was the mustard packets. I simply wondered if it was a case of packets that should have been returned from the manufacturer? There was just about a drop of mustard in the packet? Very strange.

8/21/25. Ordered #9 combo, to pick up. Order was incorrect. Instead of the coney and cheese tots ordered, they packed 2 coneys. How hard is it to read the order?
I ordered a large Oreo Cheesecake shake and a medium Oreo Blast with extra cookies. I placed the order in the app and it still took 20 minutes to receive our order. Once I received the order both cups were not filled. The most of the cookies in the both items were stale (only a few had a crunch). Im not impressed at all

I would give zero stars if possible. Worst Sonic I have dealt with. Fries were saturated in oil. Burgers were subpar. Service absolutely atrocious. Ended up having to place a mobile order and items were missing from that. Forget the red button. You will wait 10 minutes plus and receive no greeting or opportunity to order. Never again.

I give one star for poor service and the appearance of the staff! They didn’t care too much about the service or customers. Better service and the customers would tip. Tater tots were small, my receipt says I ordered a Medium (I asked for it) and the young lady just walked off without a care in the world. I was going to giver her a nice tip b/c it was raining and she appeared to be the only one bringing out food. I prefer Virginia Sonics, they are awesome!!! NOT WILSON!

1/24/2025 my car was involved in a hit & run in their parking lot. An idiot backed out of the parking lot going the wrong way, backed into my car (as I was sitting in my car) and took off. I have a live (iPhone) snapshot of the fool who hit me driving off down Forest Hill Rd in Wilson, NC. Electric blue early 2000s 2 door Ford pick up truck. I immediately go to the restaurant employees for assistance and ask them do they have surveillance cameras. They claim it was best to call the police. Police was called immediately by one of the lead staff. The lady that handed the guy the order claimed it was a white male with a mustache and he paid with a debit/credit card. Sonic is refusing to cooperate to give tracing information to the police so this bafoon can be brought up on hit & run charges. Corporate was called twice 2/11/2025 (gave them time to investigate/respond) not a peep from anybody & today 2/20/2025 just to be given a deflect & run around. They’ve also been no help, which speaks volumes about the ethics of this laughable excuse of a “company”. Since, I can not be in good hands as a customer/or delivering as a driver for your customers on this property, I will NEVER patronize another Sonic ever in life again and give you another penny or deliver for your app customers again in life! Social media is also going to be hearing about this as well! Please spend your money elsewhere, your property isn’t valued or safe at Sonic and they definitely do not value you as a customer. Hope this place goes out of business expeditiously.

I have been coming to sonic for many years, I rather go here than all other places in Wilson. Today I had a bad experience with the man with an attitude. From when I ordered to asking for a marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks. If you don’t like people don’t work in public. I may find another place to go for now on. I’m now sorry I left a tip.
Since new management took over a few months ago he service is quicker and staff is more friendly. Very happy with service!

waited over 45 minutes for my food, slushees were melted, corn dogs, which i asked specifically to be cooked longer, and fries are cold, and forgot my straws. i understand it’s a friday night and yall only make like $5 an hour but this is exactly why ppl don’t tip yall. sonic workers when it’s time to do the job their being payed to do and make the food the customer ordered and bring it out to them 😰😰😰😰😰😰😱😱😱😱😱😱also, maybe yall would have more workers and a better run restaurant if starting pay wasn’t the change yall find in the parking lot. sonic management i hope you know all your workers lie to you about their tips so that you HAVE to pay them more 🥰🤩
