I felt extremely unwelcome at this location. The manager on duty had somewhat of a nonchalant disposition about herself. No one greeted me when I walked in but when one of their (I’m assuming) regulars walked in, everyone jumped for joy. I notice that a lot of the black male patrons of this location are thought of as an afterthought and not even acknowledged when they enter the business. This saddens me because I enjoy Starbucks just as much as the blonde hair blue eyed customers.

Everything was great. Only reason for 4 stars is i ordered 15 minutes before I got there on the app and still waited. I've never had that issue at a Starbucks before.

Website states they are open at 6. I always arrive there after 6:30 am no issues. Multiple cars in line and no one tells us that they are closed while there is stafr clearly inside.

Even though Starbucks can't really be considered "fast food" they get me through the line as quickly as they can. My order is almost always correct and the service is courteous.

SHAME ON YOU ALL THERE!! After driving for hours from Florida, feeling tired, exhausted, and disheartened by the loss of our homes, we arrived at your store at 6 PM. However, we were disappointed to find that you wouldn't provide us with any drinks as you were closing for training. You really shouldn't claim to be open until 8 PM.This is truly disheartening.

Drive thru was most pack I’ve ever seen one. The young lady at the register didn’t speak. Energy was as if you being there was a problem. Didn’t ask for a name or anything. Maybe she was just having a rough day. This location was very disheveled, trash overflowing. Granted they were busy, probably need more staff. Drinks made well.
Bad attention from batista, had 4 drinks and asked for a container to carry the drinks and 2 of them said we do not have. I said I am driving by myself with 4 drinks and said we do not have any. Then someone said we have for 2 and I said that is OK, but none of them helped me to put the drinks even though the order was from same person. Bad attention,I said thank you at the end and no one answered.No customer service ,no smile,no empathy towards customer.

I’m driving to Virginia and stopped by to this location for a drink. The girl at the window was quite serious and not very friendly, but I could care less. I came for the drink.
As I'm sipping the last of my drink I see this poor fly at the very bottom shaking around. OMG disgusting! I could’ve sucked that up through the straw. Imagine that. How do you think I feel?
I called the store several times and tried to go onto the Starbucks page to make some sort of awareness to them but I got no answer.
Anyway I was already having a crappy day and now it’s 100% worse. Thank you Starbies, you failed me this time ??
