I ordered breakfast and my order was made and given to me very quickly considering how busy they were. And then I wanted some half and half. And all of a sudden out of nowhere more half and half appeared! Amazing.

So really fast pace Starbucks. Made a pit stop on our way to MIA. I am use to the name calling in this one they call out what you ordered. Other than that big, clean and delish.

Placed a mobile order at 9:50am for drive thru. It said ready around 10:01am. Only one car was in front of us, but it was fairly busy inside. Got to the order speaker, gave our name-we had to list off all our items because they didn’t know what was in our order. Finally got to the window at 10:10 and they still didn’t have our order. No big deal, it was busy inside. When we finally got the order at 10:15 both warmed food items were cold and both of our $7 almost $8 venti drinks were only filled up 3/4 of the way, no order sticker present, so I’m sure our order was given away by mistake before us. If I wanted that much to drink, I would’ve only spent the money on a grande. And if I knew it was going to take that long I would’ve gone to a different Starbucks.

I usually love Starbucks, but I was disappointed to find this location closing earlier than others nearby. It’s frustrating when you expect consistent hours and plan your visit, only to find the doors locked. I hope they can extend their hours to match other stores, as it’s inconvenient for customers who rely on them later in the evening.

This was possibly the worse Starbucks I have ever been in. Waited 10 minutes to order because no one came to provide customer service. There were at least 7 people working. Finally we were able to order only to wait quite a bit more to get the drink. No greeting, no thank you or please come back.
We will never stop here again…you need to train your employees in customer service.

This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. We used the drive-thru, and there were only three cars ahead of us, yet no one seemed eager to take our order. After waiting around five minutes, we finally ordered something simple, but it still took quite a while to get our coffee. The cappuccino had way too much foam, leaving very little actual coffee. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Staff was courteous, and the service was slow. My pastry was delicious. I ordered a caramel macchito that had no caramel. Was a to go order so no opportunity to have it corrected.
