Only stop here if you have 30 minutes to spare. They are not fast and they don't care. I expressed concern about my order getting lost after 20 minutes and was met with a rude comment about how they have door dash orders... no apology, didn't even check to see where my drink was in the queue. I understand how online orders work, but 30 minutes is outrageous.

Third time coming here and last time coming to this unprofessional, unorganized, dirty Starbucks. I really tried to give this location a chance since it’s the closest to my house but id rather drive an extra 10 minutes then to go here. The employees have no social etiquette or awareness they can’t even follow simple instructions. I asked them to line the cup with mocha drizzle. They didn’t even put any mocha drizzle in my coffee!!! Every time I come here it’s an issue. Hire employees that can read and follow simple intrusions!!! Waited 10 minutes for a small coffee while they were chatting it up and they couldn’t even do it right!!! The first two times they messed up I was trying to be nice and give them the benefit of the doubt since we all have bad days but messing up a third time is actually insane to me. The drive thru wasn’t even busy. RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES THEY CANT DO THERE JOB CORRECTLY!!!!!

Conveniently located righr off 95S. Drove through today while on a long road trip. The employee working the drive thru was super friendly and got our orders correct. I had a customized iced shake espresso and my husband had a customized frappuccino.
The perfect wakeup drinks for our travels ahead of us. I would definitely recommend this location to travelers.

We stopped here on our way to Myrtle Beach. Plenty of parking. This location has a drive-thru. It has indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was clean. However, one of the pics might suggest otherwise. Not sure if this is a normal thing in the Carolina’s because I don’t see this up north. If this is normal, it is what it is. The Iced Americana and breakfast sandwich were good.
Quick service, very polite. The cashier this morning, Destiny was extremely helpful and pleasant answering my questions.

This morning I went to starbucks 5019 raleigh st I ordered matcha which I have had before and it was really good but today I ordered 3 matcha and she made me 3 matcha lattes but it was not the one i wanted Then I told her that it was not really what I wanted. I ordered but she made some excuse like she didn't want to change my drink and she wanted me to order something else and she wanted me to pay more but her attitude was not remorseful and I didn't get an apology from her and she was very rude it seemed like she was racist towards me. I don't have a good impression of this place and that waitress. The drink on the left is the one I didn't want to order this morning because it looked so bland. The drink on the right is better than the ones I have had before. But I didn't have a good impression of the place and the drinks she made me.
