Restaurant failed to put part of my delivery order in bag, so it was missing. Employees were not empowered to refund or arrange for new delivery. It cost me $7.00 for the missing item and fees.

My wife and I placed an order on the online app today, they completely screwed our sandwiches up!! I asked for almost every vegetable they offer, to find only lettuce and onions on my sandwich!! It was as if someone couldn't read. My wife's order was completely opposite of mine pretty much having everything I ordered minus the black olives. I would totally recommend going into this store because obviously someone can't read!! I want my money back

Went and ordered the turkey and ham club. One piece of see through turkey and one piece of see through ham and super small piece of cheese 6 in sub. Over 8 dollars. NEVER AGAIN

The meatball sauce was extremely watery which made my bread soggy. The sandwich lacked the expected subway flavor and umph. I will not be returning to this location but I will be visiting the others in the city.

This afternoon we ordered for takeout two foot long subs on the app…meatball and Black Forest ham. There was very little meat on either of them!! I had the ham and didn’t order extra veggies, but the standard toppings of lettuce, tomatoes & onion were such a small amount. I did see one very small slice of cheese on one end!I do not recommend this location!!! The Raleigh Rd location is so much better!!!
One of the employees at this location always has an attitude and argues with customers, telling them that coupons don’t work for any of the sandwiches, even though the coupons always tell you something different in their descriptions. Just drive to the location on Raleigh Road Pkwy instead.
