This place needs to be shut down! I would NOT recommend anyone to waste their money here. Customer service is trash, soda machine was disgusting & leaking with hardly any of the drinks even working. Mold & dust on ceiling, very dim lighting and seemed to be hardly any employees. I’ve had a bad personal experience with my family ordering from here and a bad experience as an uber driver picking up an order from here. Smh…DON’T SPEND UR MONEY HERE

Another night of closing 1.5 hours early with 5 employees inside hanging out wiping off tables…. Last week all they’d serve at 10pm was soft/hard shell tacos. Some people work late and this is one of their only options for a fast dinner. That’s the purpose of fast food!! You close at 12am but these guys start closing at 10pm just to walk out at midnight?!?! That’s not how these businesses are supposed to operate. Do better…

Save your money and pick something else. Every time I've been here and ordered the chicken, it's dark like the grease hasn't been changed and the chicken leaves a terrible aftertaste. If i had to guess, it's because the chicken I've gotten is never fresh but instead it's been dropped back in the grease so it'll be hot. The film it leaves in my mouth is horrific. I've been a few times, thinking maybe I caught them on a bad day but I'm seeing this is the norm for them. Today is my last time giving them my dollar. It's no wonder there's hardly any line ever, even when the surrounding businesses have lines that wrap around the building. I'm not leaving this review for a refund or a complimentary meal or nothing. I just simply want to warn others to keep right on past this place. If you stop anyway, don't say i ain't warn you.

Went here to order from the KFC side. The chicken was very greasy which can be expected for fast food, but it seemed overly greasy this time. Went back again today for my brother and no one came to the drive thru. My brother decided to go in but the door was locked around 1:30 in the afternoon. Not sure what was going on and no one was available to question. This is for the 301 highway location in Wilson.
