The food here was disgusting and disappointing. You can only order certain foods online which is stupid. The quality of food has gone downhill and there's not much in the crunch wraps anymore. It was flat as a pancake. I will never eat at another Taco Bell. If I could give a ZERO grade that's what you would get. VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞

Food at this location is inconsistent. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's terrible. Location on Nash Street is better. Just got a nacho bell grande hardly no meat, just a giant blob of beans.

This is the first time I have come to this location and gotten the worse food ever. I am so disappointed that the young man that prepared my order had no thought for the way it would make me feel after spending over $13 for fast food to place crusted, dried up black beans on my taco and quesadilla. Even though the manager prepared the taco again, it made my experience terrible. That’s why the two stars for service is given. Absolutely unacceptable. I hope that never happens again. What happened to do unto others as you would have them do unto you?

Ordered food through five through…. It was almost like I said pick whatever you feel like giving me… the entire order was wrong even though it had the right receipt on the bag. Seriously lacking any decent employees.

I felt like I was treated with discrimination being a Hispanic. I was playing in line tonight for a good period of time. Was not even addressed. As soon as a black guy walked in they started play tending him right away like if I wasn't even there to begin with. That was rude and disrespectful of them. To just put me to the side and ignore me like that. I took my money and my time across the street to KFC. Were they attending me with kindness and politeness right away. Not all blacks are non-racist.
