Staffing was great a few months ago but is terrible today. The lunch crew this week was slow and lazy. The self-service kiosks were in use, so I waited and waited to place an order at the register. I finally left.

Ordered online, money came off my credit card, went to pick up food they said there was no order for me in the computer even after we showed them a screenshot of the order AND a screenshot of my bank showing the money came out and went to taco bell WITH their store number on the receipt! TOTAL SCAM!!

Ordered the vegetable wrap. Wrap was cold and hard. Barely any vegetables. Fill with lots of sour cream.? Got My Husband a chicken burrito. Very few pieces of chickenLots of runny cheese. Absolutely worst food I've ever eaten. Don't deserve not one star.?Vegetarian options: Horrible. Worst food ever.?

I'm not sure what's going on with the food and service at this place but the last 3 times I've been there my chalupa was hard and chewy no meat at all in it and tea tasted like dirt it was terrible! I have NEVER ordered a chalupa from any other taco bell that was ever hard and chewy with little to no meat in it. Not to mention 3 hours after eating it I felt very nauseous .I will not be ordering from this taco bell anymore. I looked over the first time and even the second time but 3 times is 3 to many .

Honestly I come to this taco bell multiple days a week at different hours and it's always the best. Everyone working has always been nice and polite, and the food is always great. I think it's the best taco bell and I've been to other ones in different cities and states. They put the perfect amount of lettuce and tomato and meat. Don't ever change please
