I had the bodega with some deli mustard added , the other sandwich is the steak and eggs on an asiago bagel. Both sandwiches were over the top delicious. Love the aesthetic of the place Angelo is a great chef thoroughly impressed!

Location is awesome. The decor looks great. Pretty quick to eat and go… however I spent 20 bucks for a sandwich, bag of chips and a drink?! On top of that outrageous price tag the sub roll was not heated or toasted. Who does a hot sandwich and ya don’t toast the rolls?! Very disappointing for what they are calling a deli.

Do yourself a favor and visit the corner deli!! I like to come here in the morning to work with the free downtown wifi. My go to order is a plain toasted bagel with cream cheese and the brewed coffee ☕? I gave the atmosphere 3 stars because sometimes they play loud radio shows, even political ones. But I asked if they could change the station and they obliged :) If y'all could start playing some jazz or upbeat music, that would be awesome!
Vegetarian options: They have 3 explicit vegetarian options. All of their sandwiches I've tried I've been able to customize without meat!

Ordered a Sir Dukes with a side of collards. Both had great flavors that they were trying for, but the sub felt a bit dry (needed more sauce) and the collards felt like they had too much salt. Regardless, definitely worth visiting.

Went on a lunch date here. We shared the collards with prosciutto, pasta salad, THE Bologna Sandwich, and a pickle spear. Everything was VERY good. Each item was bursting with flavor. The sandwich was filling and so flavorful! The combination of ingredients on the sandwich will blow your mind when you take a bite...foodies know what I'm talking about. The collards were heavily seasoned, but not overwhelmingly. The collards flavor pairs well with the salty prosciutto and the spicy seasoning in the dish. The serving size was what I expected for the price and was enough to make a meal with a small side. It does have a kick though, so know that, if you aren't into spicy. The pasta salad was tossed in a classic vinegar/oil blend with a little seasoning and was perfect. Again, serving size was as expected for the price. It had whole black olives and a few crumbles of a type of cheese in it, as well as a couple of other classic pasta salad ingredients. The staff was attentive, kind and courteous. The tiny grill is right behind the bar so you can see everything going on in the kitchen. You can see that all food handlers are clean and professional in every way. The atmosphere was crisp, clean and welcoming while capturing the gentrified downtown feeling at the same time. I was NOT disappointed by anything about my experience at the restaurant. The entire meal was $27. Very reasonable for the quality of the ingredients and the caliber of the service. I highly recommend this restaurant, just as it was recommended to me by several others.
