Poor service. Husband's food wasn't cooked they way he requested and they made him wait till everyone else that ordered after us which to say was the same color as them and was told they are waiting like we weren't. Never got the coffee as asked for. It sucked all the way around. We only paid for 2 meals not my husband's since he couldn't eat.
Kid-friendliness: Not friendly did the bare minimum to keep a job

***DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! I don't think we'll ever be returning to this location! I placed an online order for 2× two egg breakfast plates with bacon. I paid extra for my hash browns to be smothered in onions (there were no onions). I asked for a Biscuit (got toast). This is definitely not two eggs either (maybe ONE). IF it wasn't enough to have my order completely BOTCHED, three customer service was DISGUSTING! When i went inside to get my order, I stood there for 5 minutes waiting while several employees were directly in front of me but not one of them bothered to acknowledge me (one was an "operations person named JONATHAN, another had RA on her name tag, the others had no name tag). I am so angry I was charged extra for toppings I didn't get and I got the wrong sides but when you try to call the place all you get is a recording??? VERY DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE AND THE STAFF THERE! I will say the young man that greets people at the door was very friendly and curtious. He was wearing glasses but I didn't see his name

Not worth it. GO TO DENNYS 6 MINUTES DOWN THE ROAD!!!!! From when I pulled into the parking lot the girl inside was staring at me and she stared at me up until I sat down. The only clean place to sit was at the stand so I sat down and there was already a menu there so she didn’t speak to me., She then came up maybe 5 minutes later with a paper in her hand and just stared at me so I placed my order and waited for 25 minutes before leaving. No silverware, no drinks were served after I gave her my order. There was another boy working with her and he stepped out to smoke, the entire time he was outside she kept saying “I don’t know where he’s at but he needs to come clean off these tables and cook these people food” she then started cleaning food off the counter with the fork in the picture and still used that fork to pick up peoples waffles and serve them. He came in maybe 10 minutes later and put my order on a plate. I had ordered the Chicken sandwich with hash browns the only thing on the plate were my hash browns (which were burnt) and then my chicken. I left when I saw that it was the only 2 on the plate and he hadn’t even started cooking my bacon yet. By the time I got my food my food had been sitting out so long that my burnt food was cold. I got up and left and went straight to Dennys 6 minutes down the road 10/10 service at dennys.

Service & Food. ****Last week, August 3,2024, We visited the Waffle House again Saturday morning, went inside got seated, waited about 20-30 mins without anyone coming to greet us or take our orders. They stood around talking within themselves, we got up without being waited on & left the establishment, we went to Bojangles for breakfast.

The young girl look at you with a dumb founded look. Told her no bacon on cheese steak and she didn't tell cook til afterwards he started making food. Food was good though

I got in line and I was told to wait 20mins while I watched my food get cold. I got there at 909 and my food was ready. I left with my food at 938. When I asked why the lady made me wait and served all the black customers behind me I was called a racist and threatened with assault. Waffle house I'm asking you to review the footage this is insane
