Everything was fine until a older couple decided to bring fee fee in to dine with them, putting their dog on the booths chair along with them, with a occasional bark. I'm sorry, this is unexceptable.. This little white dog was CLEARLY not a service dog, and if it was one, it would be under the table near their feet, not sitting in the booth with them. Sorry guys, this is now a health issue, and the Woke movement is no longer. Please correct this policy and follow your rules and regulations. Fee fee needs to stay in your car, bring them a doggie bag or something, PLEASE..

Waffle House really needs to stop suggesting that they are open 24 hours when that's clearly not the case. Also please update the hours to show proper times. Edit, "drive thru hours" and "store hours". You're supposed to be a 24 hour diner type of setting. Who goes to a diner while traveling to get waffles and eggs to go and eats in their car?!
Truly I'm trying to be mindful of the fact that maybe your hours are still jacked from COVID, however enough time has passed for this to be rectified.
Absolutely wild North Carolina that you can't even have the Walmart of restaurants that is quite literally famous because they're open 24 hours...

I ordered 3 different meals. Asked for smothered hash browns. Onions and tomatoes on my eggs and sirloin steak. I received plain everything with overcooked steak and hash browns. Nothing had flavor, and the scrambled eggs looked horrible. It's not my favorite location.

Got there at 6pm, only 1 server. .I know she was super busy, ..I had no problem waiting ...but I ordered the all star breakfast and didn't recieve all of my order....I didn't realized it til I was home 20 min later...crazy...I'm so upset..but.

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Lisa was amazing. The food was ok but I'm from the north so I might be used to breakfast tasting a little different. overall my experience was really good. I would definitely return.

We came in with our volleyball team and the four staff members acted as if we were an inconvenience. I actually cleaned two of their tables for them only to be rudely talked to by some grandma - named “Terry” who needs to be at home not working with the public who she needs to learn to be nice too. I have been to Waffle House literally hundreds of times and never met a team that refused to wait on us!!! Horrible experience and I am a WAFFLE HOUSE GUY!!!
Food is consistently good at all locations. Prices are better than most pancake places. Got a BLT to go even though it's not on the menu. If you want fancy then keep driving. What you get here is a great value from friendly people.

Went in after many hours of driving and had a great breakfast with the bride. Friendly servers. Grill cook was a little less perky than some others but hey... it's a tough job. Everything was prepared perfectly and served up quick. I LOVE the coffee. Got some in a to-go cup for the road. These are some hard working people and I appreciate them.
