Went in to order some food for the first time this past Monday

Saw another employee getting cussed out and threatened by another employee.
One of the other employees was referring to the hostile employee as Ken and looked unhappy to work there.

Overall bad experience, the burger was good.

The only employee that looked like they cared was the one who was unhappy with the way they were being treated by the hostile employee.

Seems like a hostile work environment and I really hope they do something about it because this employee was very nice and made sure that I had everything I needed.

They looked really unhappy and it seemed like the manager on duty was just letting it happen.

I don't know if Ken was just having a bad day, but making this other employee miserable and upset is not it. Made me really uncomfortable while I was waiting for my food

Gave them a second chance after order was messed up the first time, today I picked it up and missing sauce and two hairs in my burgers. No one had a hairnet on and only one guy had a hat on, I saw no one wash their hands when changing gloves or going from the floor to the foodservice area. When I came back with my burger + hair the girl went to the back and came back with a visor on. The manager had no hairnet or hat on and said they’d remake it, after seeing them walk on the floor to behind the foodservice and not wash hands I decided to just get a refund. No apology given for the hair or having to drive all the way back for a refund. Health standards are abysmal.

I am really surprised. I ordered in tonight and waited for my food. I received it in time. However, it was not prepared well at all. It was dry, the condiments on it were almost nonexistent and the burgers were dry. I’ve eaten from here many times in the past and the food was never like this.

I'm surprised people are not lined up out the door. This was our second trip in a week. The double hamburger was off the chart. French fries are great. If you want a real treat order their chocolate milkshake I don't think I ever had a shake this good.

Normally we really like coming here and normally it's very good! Service is normally nice and quick. Tonight however ( 11 / 9 / 25 ) was horrible. I ordered my food through the app to be set to be picked up at 5:45pm, we got there around 5:50pm and found out that my food had been given to someone else.

Instead of it being fixed right away it took around fifty minutes for them to come to the conclusion that they needed to remake our food for us. They had to call their boss and everything.

There burgers are delicious!! I really enjoy there fresh made to order burger and fries!! I would recommend you go try one if you have never been!!
