The food was delicious but what really stood out was the service. Not only were the staff friendly and attentive, but the owner personally came over to check on me and asked how the food and service were. That kind of hospitality is rare and made the experience feel genuinely welcoming.

Waited 10 minutes for a hot dog and ordered a milkshake with it 29 minutes later still no milkshake

I’ve always been a picky eater especially for burgers but the people and food here was literally stunning. This will now be my favorite burger spot!

Food was cooked perfectly. Staff was very nice. One of the cooks had a bad coughing spell but without hesitation washed his hands before continuing to prepare food. That was nice to see

Just wild because they say they’re open on mondays , drove 20 minutes to get food and they were closed. Maybe update the schedule to saying closed on mondays so people don’t waste their gas or energy.

First off I love the prices. I think it’s very reasonable. I love adding all the toppings to my burgers and the price stayed the same. My burger was delicious. The fries needed salt. I had 2 of the same brownie milkshake and one didn’t really have any brownies so that was a let down. The chili would be better if they had a no bean option. All in all worth it. 💯

this is my 2nd visit recently and have been unsatisfied with the quality of food and the service both time which is why I am updating. I drive over 44 minutes to this location and it has not been worth it sadly. This evening the guys working including manager were talking about some strange things out loud about getting gay guys drunk and having their way with them. Wth is that? One guy or possible girl made me feel very uncomfortable as well that works there. It will be a while before I return. The food wasn't good either.

Hi,

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. I placed a mobile order online, and when I arrived it wasn’t ready yet, which was fine—I was happy to wait. I let the staff know my name and then sat down to wait patiently in the store.

However, I noticed that even though you knew I was waiting, no one called my name when my order was ready. Meanwhile, other customers had their names called—including someone who ordered after I arrived and left before me.

In the future, it would be helpful if staff could call out the names of customers whose orders are ready, especially if they know someone is waiting in the store. It’s a basic courtesy that ensures everyone is served in a fair and timely manner.
