I was trying to get my payment ready for my food when the manager told me to move forward because I was running up his drive thru clock. They didn't even give me a chance to even pay for my food and completely ignored me when I had tried to explain this to them. Never going back to this Wendy's again.

just all around unpleasant to be honest, I enjoy wendys for the saucy nuggets and chili but the customer service could honestly use some major improvement. as a fast food worker i understand the toll it takes on us emotionally and mentally, but you don’t pass that on to customers, it doesn’t hurt to be a little compassionate.
Giving people cold food at these prices is unacceptable Order taker obviously need a hearing aid. Food disgusting

I haven’t been feeling well since I ate from here yesterday. Im having stomach cramps, and nausea it’s been going on since last night. If it don’t get any better by tomorrow morning, I’m going to make an appointment with my doctor. Do better Wendy’s and hire people who actually wants to work and do the job correctly.

I just want to say that I went Saturday October 19th to the location on Raleigh Rd pkwy and the service was amazing. And I hope I spell the names correct but Lorraine, Anthony who I believe was the manager and Nayn were so polite and wonderful. I will be returning soon.Nice to see the smiling faces.

My church came for a quick bite after service. We had a party of about 25. The staff was professional and courtesy. The food was prepared correctly and it was hot and fresh. Thank you Wendy's staff for serving us today. Exceptional Service.

Ordered large frosty. Same size as a small drink cup. Didn't fill to the top. Paying for a full cup. Burger was wrong.

The drive thru staff forgot my daughter's meal of saucy nuggets & fries plus it took over 20 min to get our meals. We were told to wait in the parking lot for our meals to be brought out to us. They brought no meals out to anyone so my boyfriend had to go thru the drive thru again because they forgot us. When we got home, we saw my daughter's food was missing, so I called the store & the phone was not answered in a professional manner. "Yo Raleigh Road". I asked if this is Wendy's & again was answered "This is Raleigh Road". I told the manager Noiyah what happened & he said come back on a later day to get her food & that they were closing. It was 11pm at night. According to our friend who went there later, they closed at 1 am. We still didn't get her meal. We all had to share ours plus make her ramen just so she would have a meal to eat. I usually like Wendy's. I moved from New Bern, NC which has much better service than the one in Wilson, NC. Very disappointed ?
