Wendy's in Wilson will get your order wrong. On a good day they'll get it right. I don't even know why I bothered to go yesterday. I don't eat their burgers, but got a salad. That was the most wilt-est salad I ever had and the chicken looked old and dry. Nevertheless this is my last time because i should've known better. I don't even eat fast food like that anymore.

I purchased the chicken wrap combo. The chicken wrap was awful. The chicken was not hot, and was dry. The chicken tasted as if it was sitting out all day. This was only the second time I have gotten this wrap and it will be the last. The black guy that made this wrap, did a terrible job. Not to mention him and the heavyset girl at the window acted as if they both did not want to be at work. If this is the kind of service that's going to be there after 9:00 or 10:00 at night, then just close early.

My Boyfriend and I order the same thing everytime I go to Wendy's......2 baked potatoes and 2 chocolate frostys and it amazes me whe I get there usually between 1-2pm (with in lunch hrs IMO) and im told they dont have potatoes and it'll be 45 mins til there done. The location in Nashville NC went as far as to tell me they were completely out of potatoes. Dont even get me started on the hit-or-miss situation with the frostys. They never have chocolate and are always try to sell the vanilla.

I ordered the Southwest Avocado Salad and there was absolutely no Bacon on my Salad. Then they gave me Regular Ranch and not the Southwest Ranch. Very horrible customer experience

Very rude customer service. Couldn’t even finish my order before I was interrupted and told to pull around. When I got to the window I asked if the order was correct and the woman and man had the worst attitude about it. Luckily I asked because it was indeed not correct.

To the girl at the drive , Black Decent and wears glasses on the heavy side ( idk her name ) but she is the reason for this low rate, you don't get an attitude at people for asking for more sauce even when offering to pay for it , you don't know me and I don't know you, I just want my stuff , and EVERYTIME SHE HAS AN ATTITUDW

They've always had great service and you would never know if they were struggling with their personal life or not because they always have the best attitude whenever I have come through.
