This is by far the worst Wendy's around. Employees are so lost always a long wait for food 35min is way to long to go thru a drive thru.

This is the slowest and the worst Wendy's I have ever been to in my life! No A/C. The employees don't work with no urgency....just walking around moving like snails. Only one person taking orders and she is fixing orders. Terrible service. But the food was good and hot.

I ordered the #1 for breakfast and they messed it up. I don't live far and called to let them know as soon as I got home and saw that they had messed it up. The cashier was pleasant but when I went back to the drive thru, literally 5 minutes later the manager did not want to remake my order. He did not apologize or seem sympathetic and was like you can get lunch or a refund.

What the hell is going on with the people working the afternoon/evening shift on Thursday April 10? Because I ordered and trusted them to have my order right and didn’t think to check it, which was my fault and they didn’t hand me a receipt so I couldn’t go back and make a complaint. On top of that I get ready to eat what they had given me but once I open the wrap of the sandwich I immediately see something is off, I see something white wrapped on the chicken…. It seemed to be lint or hair!!! Truly disgusting to think where they keep the food or even worse, where’d they put it? Really ruined my day even more after having a hard day at work. Everyone who sees my review I hope you don’t eat at this location until they find better staff!!

We were at this location at 10:40 am, you would think the food would fresh and staff ready to go. Not the case, dave's single was cold and looked like it was thrown together, chili had no meat or green pepper in it, no crackers in the bag. Had to go back and swap out the fork for a spoon. Both soda fountains were not working, only drinks available were lemonade and strawberry lemonade. The window person acted like she was doing community service and didn't want to be there. The only bright spot was the Thank You sign to the left of the window, God forbid they have to say those words for taking my money and giving me sub-par food. We will be going to Wendy's but not this location ever again. We're done!!

ordered through drive-thru and the person who took my order was low energy and sounded like they wanted to leave, then i was handed the wrong receipt by said person! the food was dry and cold and i was not handed the sauces i asked for. if i was you i would not bring my family here.
