Beyond pissed off as this is not the first time I order online the app, paid, and came to pick up my food and they are closed! Some one need to come an fix this issue. Take the app down where you can not order if you are closed. Poor customer service. Now I have money tied into this order and have to go somewhere else.

We had to wait for about 5 minutes to get waited on. Without Chris, this place would be out of business. He greeted us upon entry while busily working and doing something else. He then rushed to take our order after he learned we’d still been standing there. I also noticed that he was cleaning the dining room. Chris created a positive environment and made my experience much better. While my review is mostly negative, if I could make a review for just Chris, it would be 5 stars all the way around.

My salad was messed up again. I never have problems with my food at the location in Raleigh. But the last 3 times now it's been messed up.

Best Zaxbys I’ve had in NC. Food is always fresh, always overly staffed with friendly people, restaurant is always clean, parking lot could be a tad bigger but that’s neither here nor there, overall great experience every time.
