We had to wait for about 5 minutes to get waited on. Without Chris, this place would be out of business. He greeted us upon entry while busily working and doing something else. He then rushed to take our order after he learned we’d still been standing there. I also noticed that he was cleaning the dining room. Chris created a positive environment and made my experience much better. While my review is mostly negative, if I could make a review for just Chris, it would be 5 stars...
Best Zaxbys I’ve had in NC. Food is always fresh, always overly staffed with friendly people, restaurant is always clean, parking lot could be a tad bigger but that’s neither here nor there, overall great experience every time.
Consistency is key with restaurants and customer retention. This location has been superb. We visited recently & the experience was great. From ordering at the front counter, having clean eatery and the food presentation was as expected.
