If you want an authentic great all around Asian restaurant this is the one and only place to go in winston Salem! The managers and servers were very welcoming and attentive gave me everything I needed. Food was way better than anticipated will come back and be a regular here. Thank you Malaysia 18!

My daughter had a taste for Malaysian food. I was not aware there was a location near. They offer Naan bread and the curry sauce which was delicious. I like the Tom Yum soup. I will definitely return.

Delicious food and great service. Prices are very reasonable and the portions are standard. We tried the sesame and Malaysia crispy golden chicken. 10/10 recommend, we'll return to try some of the other dishes.

It's been a few years since I lived in Malaysia, but this place brings me back. The curry noodle (Laksa) is great. Ask for fried pork belly. It's not on the menu but the chef does a great job.

This is probably my favorite Asian takeout restaurant in town. The food is always great. My only complaint would be the portion sizes are a little smaller than expected for the price.

I was quite disappointed with my experience. The food did not meet expectations — the wonton was very hard instead of crispy, the chicken stick was dry, and the beef rendang lacked the distinctive spice and richness I associate with Malaysian cuisine. The Malaysian chicken also did not taste authentic, and the portions were quite small.
I truly enjoy Malaysian food, but unfortunately, this meal fell far short of what it should be. In addition, the service could have been better — our server brought the check before we had finished eating, without offering dessert or coffee.

I am glad to have found this place. New owner same name, food is similar to Cambodians. Met the owner himself, I am very happy to see him run this restaurant, The food was great, we killed everything we ordered, we ate family style! It was my fiance soon to be wife bday and he offered free plate and cheese cake. The ambiance is nice a relaxing and he mention he will put up more Cambodians arts up, oh if u didn't know he is Khmer /Cambodian. The name of the store just stay the same till he can get it changed. Also the service was excellent . I will definitely eat here again, I'll be a regular. I am looking forward to going again soon, I didn't try any noodle soup yet but I'm already looking forward to my next visit. This is a hidden gem that just been found!

Waiter was pleasant, service was great! Did not have to wait long for our food. Glad to have Khmer food option in the triad! I was there with my mom, and husband both being major food critic. We all enjoyed our food. Hoping you will eventually introduce more kreoung base food soon. Will be visiting again soon!
