We had a great interaction with the owner. We came around lunch hours on a Friday, and we where the only ones there. The food was tasty. The establishment was clean. For a beer, two entrees, and an appetizer we where satisfied and it was $40.

Smallest portion I ever had at any restaurants. We gave the feedback to owner but he said we are like this only. Get ready to come back hungry

You cannot tell how little the portion is!! Four people get six dishes, still hungry.

We came here because it's my sister's favorite, and it's so spectacular! We all shared a little bit and there wasn't a single thing I didn't like, everything was super delicious. The man running it was so nice, and they were super fast.

Clean and nice inside but really disappointed. The food was bland and came out shockingly fast.Wontons were ok, 7/10Malaysia puffs were good, 8/10General TSO was not good. The breading was mushy and not flavorful, no spice at all. Rice was rice. 3/10Malaysian noodles had cold chicken and the noodles had no flavor. 2/10Had really high hopes but left disappointed.

We had lunch at 18 Malaysia for the first time today with friends. The food was absolutely delicious!! Our friends eat here regularly and told us everything on the menu would be wonderful and they were spot on. Everything was so fresh and tasty with generous portions and an artistic presentation. The chef/owner is very talented. The atmosphere is lovely and the prices are reasonable. I wish we lived in Winston Salem so that we could return.Vegetarian options: Tofu in place of meats, veggie optionsDietary restrictions: Gluten free options. Food was not overly salty, just flavorfulParking: In the same plaza lot as Harris Teeter
