When I say amazing food I mean amazing food, being from the north it's very hard to get some authentic Philly cheesesteak but this place has it. A little secret, get their Garlic Parmesan wings with some extra sauce and dip that Philly right in that sauce and it will be one of the greatest food adventurers of your Winston-Salem life. Prices are also phenomenal for the quality, and quantity. My doctor may hate me eating this food but my taste buds don't.

Second time very consistent!! Very good customer service greeted soon as we walked in ! Cashier was very helpful and made sure to get our order correct ! Short wait and food was delicious wings and sauce so on point ! Definitely be back !!

Food was a bit salty, but was good. The cashier was not audible, spoke too fast. Nice though. Waited 4 minutes to be acknowledged by a supervisor I guess. She came from the drivethrough just to help me. I appreciate that, as I was on a time limit.Parking: Lots of parking, no problem.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there is.

American Deli is definitely hit or miss!They have their days when the food is good and other days when it’s horrible. I absolutely love that the wings are small (for people who don’t like big chicken)! I always order mine, 3 x crispy! Sometimes they do it, sometimes they don’t! I wish they wouldn’t use so much sauce….. they literally drench it.They hardly ever answer the phone… I believe they take it off the hook because I got a busy signal for 20 minutes, walked right in to find the two cashiers just standing at the counter! the drive through is open when they feel like it.. if your food is wrong, the cashiers will get an attitude when you ask for it to be fixed.This place lacks consistency! Food and service wise the bad is starting to outweigh the good.

Ok sooooo....in my opinion....hands down, they have some of THE BEST wings in Winston! Service is a bit slower, better if you call ahead! Customer service is quite decent considering the amount of traffic that comes thru on any given day. Try the lemon pepper wet... they are fantastic! Smaller wings, which I love! Also, try the carolina Gold Barbecue flavor it rocks!
