After the very pleasant experience of trying the Huaracha at this small, out of the way spot, I returned to try their tacos. So I ordered 2 Chorizo Tacos and 2 Carne Asada Tacos - they go for $2.50 each. The tacos had a single tortilla rather than two and were not as well filled as some, and the amounts were uneven. The Chorizo Tacos were outstanding, loaded with the flavor this sausage can produce when it is a quality item. On the other hand, the Carne Asada tacos were just OK, bit on the bland side, even when fully dressed and sauced. Ambiance - 1 Service - 4 Food - 4 Value - 4

Went there for the first time today per a coworker's recommendation....it did NOT disappoint. Food was cheap and delicious. Was served very quickly and the portions were very generous. Will definitely be back - the tostadas are killers! 10/10 stars.

I decided to try them out for the first time, I didn't bring my lunch, so it was the perfect time. there is no seating inside. You either order outside the window (pictured below) or call in your order, which I think is best to do. My co-worker told me about this place, and to be honest, I was a bit hesitant, but I figured I would try it before I judge because she said they were great! I called it in, and the lady who answered was super friendly. She gave me options and or alternatives for what I wanted to order, there is even a few hidden plates that are not on thier menu that you could ask for like for example, I got the Chilaquiles verdes (consists of 2 fries egg, beans, Avocado, fried cut up tortillas in green tomatillo salsa with white onions and creama(kinda like sour cream) and I added Carne asada for an extra charge, but oh my goodness, it was BOMB! Don't let the way this place looks fool you, it's definitely a great authentic Mexican spot to try out in the triad!

One more of those one time visits for me never again, how hard is it to make a taco and a torta , ya'll ain't missing anything here I found out can't find a good taco place in Winston anymore , if ya'll have a spot let me know I'll try it " one time ".

This is take out only with wrought iron bars on the windows but it's all made in house. I was the only non Latinx person there so I take that as a good sign.

I passed by this place every single day on my way to the Career Center, I stopped there to eat for the first time today. Definitely will be eating there a lot more in the future. I got the chicken and barbacoa tacos, they were phenomenal and at great price. Truly the best lunch I’ve eaten in probably a year. Lady was super nice and even recommended me a few things, as soon as I ordered I almost immediately got my food like a minute later. Great service, great food, definitely recommend!

Probably some of the best authentic Hispanic food I've had in a long time. Got the chorizo Tortas. One out of 10 the sandwich was an 11. Only problem is this place is in the hood. So if you don't mind seeing a bum or two walk, the food comes quick and is tasty and delicious.

I haven’t had a meal from this establishment that I didn’t love. They catered for my daughter’s quince, the portions were generous and it tasted fantastic. Ana and her wait staff took a load off my shoulders, the staff was super attentive with the guests. Ana also provided the food for my son’s 18th birthday. As always it did not disappoint! I’m looking for a reason to have another party so my friends and family can enjoy Ana’s cooking.

Food is good, service not so much. Why can't people be more friendly?

Excellent tacos, salsas and aguas frescas. Have been to most taquerias in Winston-Salem and this one is hands down the crown jewel in town. The only thing that would make this place better were if the police would crack down on the transient people that unfortunately can bother patrons while waiting for their order.

Chicken was off today . Should've gotten the steak Huarache instead.

The best! Delicious for sure. From pupusas to red or green enchiladas and more, they have so much to try and you will not be disappointed. Get yourself a large drink (my favorite is pineapple) too!

I went to The Katharine and Antojitos while I was visiting Winston-Salem and if I had to choose between the two I would choose this place every time. Get the papusas and thank me later. Their fruit drinks are absolutely delicious as well. Everything here is authentic and delicious! I seriously cannot recommend this place enough.
