Applebee's Grill + Bar

I need to stress the fact that usually me and my friend love the applebees we have a great time but tonight was bad. We were there past closing even though we got there at around 9:30 it took ages for our appetizer and even longer for the food. The place wasn’t packed by any means which makes this more confusing. The food itself was fine but a piece of a boneless wing was pink which was weird. Over all very disappointing we lowkey should’ve just gone to chilis

My friend and I usually have a good time here but tonight was bizarre. We came in at 9:30 and didn't leave until 11:05 (past close) and that was after getting our entrees at 10:45 and spending the last 20 minutes waiting for boxes and a check. The place was not crowded by any means, but there was no sense of urgency from the staff at all and no attempt to expedite the process by offering boxes or a check when the entrees came out. Most of the food was just as good as it always is, but some of our boneless wings were pink in the middle which we were put off by. We probably won't be back for a hot minute.

This is as awful as this Applebees has been, and it that’s saying something. This is my daughter’s favorite restaurant so we go semi regularly. But we stopped coming to this location because it’s so under staffed, such rude servers and the food is so slow.

Went with the family parking lot was half full thought it was gonna be quick and easy. NO we got seated within 5 mins but that's where it turned they had on 2 servers plus a bartender it took they half an hour to get drinks we ordered when we ordered our drinks and 45 mins later we were served plus there were bugs in the ice told server about it and she said she heard that before. Everyone was busy and trying to keep it together until the church crowd hit then it was chaos asked for bill and it took another 20 mins to get and another 10 to finish transaction.

The food gets 4 stars. I love the boneless wings with the spicy Asian sauce, paired with the seasoned fries is just right for me. The fried pickle chips are adequate. Nothing to write home about, but they satisfy the craving. I recommend Bad Daddy's for fried pickles. The fish & chips is also consistently very good. The value for money is average. Some things are priced a bit high, others not as high as other restaurants. But overall, aren't all restaurants a bit pricey these days? We manage to stay around $20/ person. That's without specialty drinks or dessert, though.
The service gets 3 stars for the last time we made a pickup order. We parked in 1 of the designated spaces & waited. And waited. We ordered online, & it said the food was ready, but 1 flaw we've discovered when ordering online is that there's no way to let them know you've arrived! There's a way to do it through the app, but not through a regular online order. Since we didn't want to add yet another app to our phones, we tried calling the restaurant. No answer. So then I went inside. Crickets. I finally found a waitress who turned out to be helpful, but it shouldn't have come to that. It was a Monday, but at dinner time. When we previously did an online pickup order there were no such issues because someone came out straight away when we parked. Perhaps they were just short staffed this night. So, 1 star to the people who were supposed to be working online orders & 5 stars to the waitress who saved the day averages out to 3 stars.

Understaffed, but, they are trying. Found small bug feozen in my ice. Told wait staff and she said that wasn't the first time she has been told that. Also don't sit near the windows very hot.

The dirtiest restaurant I've ever been in. The floor, table, plates, and bathroom were dirty. We found a hair in our food, there was dirt in our water, and the food was salty and gross.

Waitresses were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Also, the Manager is very professional and customer oriented. He always greets us with a friendly smile and caring words. Your staff is ideal and deserves commendation. Of course, the Service is excellent and the food is always hot and tasty! Kudos to the Chef and cooks. Thank you for the opportunity!

Experienced AMAZING service by Alexandria! Went with a large party for a birthday and Alex was very attentive. She made sure my party had everything we needed and she was so kind despite being very busy.

We went on veterans day .veterans could eat for free awesome.but there was one guy there come for the free food ate 3 bites and water ask him if he needs a Togo box nope he said this was his 3rd free meal 🤔don’t take advantage of buissnes so disrespectful

We went at 3pm on Monday afternoon. They were not very busy at all, yet it took a good while to get our food. The hamburger meat on my nachos had been cooked a LONG while and those jalapeño peppers were shriveled due to age! The sampler platter was fairly good and the cheeseburger was also decent.
