The new New Orleans menu is amazing. I have gotten for the second time the shrimp pasta w/no peppers or sausage & it has the right amount of sauce. This dish is made to perfection. I need to be the spokeswoman for this dish. I can do a great commercial.

We were driving thru the area and decided to stop in for lunch. Staff was attentive. We had the 2 for $25 and I ordered the Caesar salad and I was happily impressed with the quality of the shaved cheese in the salad. The entrees were cooked perfect and the sides were a treat - mash potatoes is always a treat.

I always order burgers to go but this time I was appalled at what I received once I returned home. I had four burgers all the buns were burnt and one was just unable to eat l left a email and no one has responded.

There is no seasoning that makes you come back, or create an experience. Service and atmosphere ok.

Waitress was a doll! Atmosphere was relax but we are talking about a Saturday at lunch. The only bad thing is that taking in consideration tgere were like 9 families, food took a while to be served. Everything else was great!

Waited an hour for a medium steak. You could tell they were under staffed so not a big deal. Big deal is when the steak arrives they put it on the table and take off. 30 minutes later when the waitress shows back and you tell her the steak isn't even cooked and still blue! She said " you know your not the first to complain about that tonight " and runs away again only to return with the check and a to go box. I paid the bill went home and cooked the steak. Which was a great steak after it was cooked!

Great location at the intersection of Hanes Mall Boulevard and Stratford Road ( US 158 ) with 2 entrances from Hanes Mall Boulevard. One entrance has a stoplight which easier though longer to use than the other entrance which is almost impossible to use with heavy traffic. My wife got the Shrimp N Parmesan Sirloin with broccoli and mashed potatoes and I got the Clucking Chicken Sandwich with fries. Food was great but service was a little slow.

Grace B overcharged me and got my order wrong. When confronted with the issue she had nothing to say and simply walked away. As somebody whos in the industry the correct response would've been grab the manager if shes unable to handle such interactions.

My family and I had an absolutely amazing experience at Applebee’s in Winston-Salem tonight, thanks to our server, Kaitlyn V. She was incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our meals. Kaitlyn has a fantastic personality and a strong work ethic, which made the evening so much more enjoyable.
Our last experience at this location wasn’t the best, and we were hesitant to come back. However, our children convinced us to give it another try, and we’re so glad we did! Kaitlyn truly turned our evening around and made our visit memorable. We’ll definitely be back, thanks to her exceptional service. Thank you, Kaitlyn!

The bar tender is so friendly and fun to be around! One of the main reasons why we go there. Along with that amazing chicken sandwiche for only 9.99! Can’t beat it! Always have a great time and laugh our a**es off!
