Curbside Togo. They let 2 people walk in, so I looked the number up because it's not on the sign, and called. I got fed up and walked in too. This gentlemen that I spoke to on the phone could not count change for the 2nd walkin. Are you kidding me, 100.00 worth of food that got cold because you could not do your job!!!! I will go to Greensboro next time, there the service there does not suck!! It is an hour round trip for me to come here. Yall suck!!!!

Took FOREVER. My husband ended up leaving and I got it to go. They offered us a free dessert but by that time I was ready to get out of there. This makes me so sad as this used to be one of our favorite date night spots.

I recently went to Apple Bees on a Friday night 2/28/25 to dine in. My party was sat at a booth right at the front door. We waited patiently for over 15 minutes watching various servers walk past us never greeting us or anything. I went to the manager and alerted him of this and he acted as if he was going to send someone over to help us. I returned to my table walking past guest who entered the restaurant after us eating their recently delivered food. After returning to my seat, 3 servers walked past my table again just passing us over. The next time one came by I stopped him and asked who is our server. He questioned us asking has anyone greeted y’all yet. Now clearly he has seen us sitting there because he has walked passed us multiple times. He stated he was going to g to get us a server. 25 mins have pasted by now. So while I wait I look over my shoulder and see the manger laughing and having a good ole conversation over at the pick up door, where I walked over to speak to him previously. So this made it clear to me and my family. While the manager is laughing and having good ole time we still have not been served. Ok so we get it. We got up and left. This is unacceptable. I have no problem waiting but to be overlooked and ignored is preposterous.

I have to say, the customer service here was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly, beautiful young lady named Danaisa with a warm smile. She had such a great sense of humor—when I asked her to say "hi" again, she laughed and did it without hesitation! I mentioned that I had been to two other restaurants that day, and neither offered service like this. The moral of the story? If you don’t get treated the way I did by Danaisa, walk right out!

Overall, I had fast and efficient service, and the entire staff, including the management, was incredibly welcoming and nice. Truly a wonderful experience!

I wouldn't be writing this review if our experience wasn't so poor tonight. We got seated quickly but had to wait 35 minutes to get our drinks. We finally ordered and after waiting another 45 minutes or so for fried chicken, grilled chicken, and grilled chicken with sausage, it was sub par and one of the sides wasnt what we had ordered. I let it go because I was a server myself for 8 years and I absolutely hate sending food back. If it was busy I could forgive a mishap or 2 but the fact that they only had 3 tables and maybe a few bar patrons with 3 other servers was a bit much. During this dinner our drinks were ignored after being empty a few times and our waitress was incredibly scarce. I can say though when we get good service and the times are little to nothing is when it's busy and the food is also on point too, which says alot about why this time was just not the best.

Well things changed with tonight's visit, took an hour to get a salid, manager was cooking as they were short handed. Ordered sweet tea, got unsweetened, asked 3 times so another manager got involved. I ended up getting a to go container and left.

NOT HAPPY!! Ordered curbside pickup and was told that the food would be brought out at 9:41… we had to go into the restaurant to get our food and still didn’t get it until 10:23 and it was COLD. Workers were playing and going in and out smoking, DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE COMING

Big Mike and Megan B gave us great service and conversation tonight. It seem that this will have to be our go to place.

When we go to the Hanes Mall location we just seem to have problem there like tonight, we asked if we could sit at a high top table in the bar area being they had other people waiting and the hostess told us she had to ask the bar tender if she would serve us and the hostess was toldno she was not serving anymore tonight...so apparently she didn't want to come out from behind the bar. The place was only half full around quarter to 5 on Saturday. So we got the pleasure of meeting Big Mike and Megan who were wonderful!
