I ordered the ribs and they were horrible the server was amazing but the manager suggested I get something else after I told him the ribs were old. His response was we cook them in batches of 10 so my guess I'd he's gonna continue serve old food to people my receipt number was 9428012376792 but I was unable to do the servey

Come here at least 2 times per week, and normally on the weekends when Traci is managing and Mikey is bar backing or doing his magic behind the bar. Food is good and any rarely any issues but they are always quickly addressed and corrected. Moved from about 30 mins away and was looking for a place to come on the regular, that made us feel welcome. This is the spot!

I really enjoy the atmosphere of this Applebee’s on particular. I’ve been to a few, worked at one many years ago, and none of them matched the vibe of this one.Besides excellent patrons who make the bar feel like a community, like Cheers, where everyone knows everyone- the staff here in the evenings is never short of excellent.I cannot pinpoint one person without doing a disservice to the others who do a great job here but from managers like Traci and Mark to the bartenders who make it a pleasure to spend time and money here: Mikey, Cee Cee, Key Key, Brittany, Susie, and Alli.I tell many friends about the environment here and look forward to continuing to be a patron of this location.Also the half off apps after 9pm are the best deal in town by far!

We come to this location often, and the past couple of times haven’t been the best experience. We aren’t the type to normally complain, but on this occasion we had to call and communicate my concerns with a manager. We were planning to never come back to this location, until we met Tracy.She’s a young manager in this establishment. Tracy listened to our concerns without any interruption. She seemed to really care that we weren’t happy with the food and service. Tracy made us a priority, and sent us some passes to make up for our last visit.This weekend we came in to use them, and Tracy was there and remembered us by name! It’s good to know she values guest, and puts them first!We will be coming back regularly, IF Tracy is in the building, make sure she takes care of you!
