Ordered at drive thru and staff were very rude. It was at 10:35am to right offer they just opened so not like it had been a long day and late at night. Staff definitely needs to learn some customer service especially since they are working a public job dealing with the public.

I ordered from inside 2 fish $7. I requested them be cooked fresh.The lady at the cash register was very polite 26 year employee she advised! She actually put the filets in the fryer.At some point I heard the Manager pretty much reprimand her for only putting the 2 fish ordered in the fryer as their was one already precooked. Once cooked the Manager pulled them up I asked her to allow them to drain for just a minute.She never acknowledged me but let the filets sit there for 8 minutes before I had to prompt her to move forward with my order.All the while she was taking this opportunity to berate yet another employee that was running orders outside to the Drive Thru ? window about the sequence of filling orders.Manager here could of been way better from her lack of interaction with me to her belittling her employees in front of customers. Otherwise the fish was fantastic! The Manager needs more training in my opinion. Otherwise this would of been a 5 star experience.

It's Arby's. You either love it or hate it. The food quality here is just about what you would expect. However, the building is a bit older and the men's restroom is literally falling apart. So just use the drive through.

I ordered the spicy roast beef combo my sandwich does not have any jalapeños or spicy mayo, it’s not even the sandwich that I ordered. This is just a regular roast beef sandwich. What is this? Not happy at all.

Expect your call in order to be started when you arrive to pick up your call and order don’t expect your call in order to be ready when you arrive even if the restaurant is empty they can’t have your meal ready.

We grabbed a quick lunch through the drive thru. The service was friendly, fast, and roast beef was sliced thin. Very good!

This location is awful. After the cashier rang my order up wrong and over charging me the manager tells me there’s nothing they can do about. Then she says she’ll have to ring the order up that I wanted and I would have to pay for that separately and that she would refund the original amount. She then proceeds to tell me that she has to ring the order the same way the cashier did to issue a refund. Well, she rings the order up wrong and my refund is now short by almost $3. I told her that it was wrong and she says that she’ll have to refund for another item. It was still wrong and when I told her about she closed the window and walked away. We have reached out to corporate on this matter.
I only used the restroom. Their sign says that they have limited availability of menu items. So, I didn't bother ordering. I went to Burger King instead.

Well what can I say I love their two for $6 gyros. They always taste good and this time I tried it with I think it was roast beef and it tasted really good and the staff is always nice so I always get a good deal here and I like the curly fries. So in today's expensive food market I really think this is a good bargain so I gave them five stars

It was the very first time I ever went to an Atby's. For some reason, I was given a kid's meal and I was like HUH?! but didn't say anything. Well, I'm glad they gave me a kid's meal because it was horrible so I didn't pay for a full size meal. The nuggets were old and hard. I threw the whole thing away!
